Quiet hotel with friendly & attentive staff.

First, I have to say I'm impressed with the hotel staffs who are very friendly and engaging. During breakfast, you can see them engaging with guests instead of standing around. Breakfast spread is so so only. The room is comfortable with beds that you can fall asleep immediately. The room also comes with a big balcony and a sofa bed. In terms of location, it is fairly remote and because it is a new property, many taxi drivers are not sure of the location. The trick is to tell the driver to head to Potato Head and guide him from there to the hotel. The whole property is done with construction and has a very natural feel. Swimming pool is huge! They arrange airport transfer for USD 20 one-way.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very modern and clean. Very friendly staff. Great big pool. It was a little way away from the main strip- but was much quieter that way. It was great value for money. We will return. Please note there was no conditioner supplied and no PowerPoint in the bathroom and kitchen- had to boil kettle on the bed.

No regrets, nothing is perfect but this hotel is close to perfect. The staff were very friendly, and they would go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. Staff are also very honest. On the night we arrived, we were informed that the villa's pool had a slight problem and offered to upgrade our room to either a duplex or a family room inclusive of free breakfast. Besides all the benefits, the resort is still new, everything else is well maintained.
In short, service provided was beyond expectations.

The hotel was down with water supply and i was referred to a nearby hotel. Centra Taum managed its crisis very well, together with its good service staff. Hope the repair works complete soon.

Hotel is well designed but was upset cause could not use the pool since day 1 till check out. Hot water in shower last only bout 10 mins and rooms can b too far to walk too. Location wise is good & central

We stay for 3 days here and the hotel was nice. Clean and neat. The room and the bathroom is clean as well. Overall, this hotel is nice. But some path along the hotel a bit scare for older people but as long they have accompany and aware the path, that would be ok.
