Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

An architectural and artistically gorgeous setting. Fantastic service with our own butler
This was originally a private estate enlarged with additional villas, large swimming pool and many architectural and artistic features when the hotel company bought it. It has its own padi fields and organic garden. A beautiful ensemble which seems to have something new to see day after day. Our lowest-price villa was quite large with a lovely indoor/outdoor bathroom and a front veranda where we had our breakfasts. But the most amazing thing about the Chedi Club was our private butler--a lovely 28-year old woman who lived in the neighboring village and spoke good English. She brought us our breakfasts, ordered an electric cart when I needed one to go to the pool or restaurant, and was a fount of information Ubud and about Bali and its culture. One afternoon she led my wife for an hour-long walk through the rice fields, to the village, introducing her to some of the people there, and over-all giving her a taste of Bali that she would not have had otherwise. The restaurant was a beautiful, large open air pavilion where the before dinner drinks were gratis and the dinner was all you could expect from a luxury resort. We ate all our dinners there rather than exploring the many good restaurants in Ubud.
