Couples United States of America, January 23, 2011	OK hotel with fatal flaw On the beach, big pool, great breakfast, all rooms with a view, convenient parking, decent room 7.3 this hotel is on the beach in nusa dua which is very close to the airport and in a much nicer area than kuta and legian. it is family friendly without all the rowdies and surfers of kuta and legian. good breakfast until 10am. nice room with balcony and view. good english tv channels, in room safe, free towels poolside, restaurant had decent prices but avoid buying a drink or salad which were jokes. there is free wi-fi at a convenience store on the street just outside the hotel. book using agoda or you will pay a lot more.

Couples United States of America, January 20, 2011	Nice place but with a problem Big pool, English TV stations, Modern Room with view, king size bed, in room safe and frig 6.3 otherwise the king size bed is nice, nice balcony with view, big pool, it is right on the beach, very good breakfast included. no free w-fi although they have one lonely pc in the lobby which is free but of course is always in use. they want per hour for wi-fi which is a rip off. just go to the convenience store on the street for free wi-fi. good tv in the room. bathroom has plenty of counter space but you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. the restaurant has decent prices but don't order a salad or drink because they are too skimpy for what you pay. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Nusa Dua where this hotel is located is the best area for a vacation in Bali IMHO. We spent time in Kuta, Legian, Amed and Lovina Beach and Nusa Dua is the best.

Restaurant Tip: for Muslim travelers, its so difficult to get halal food at this location. to enjoy water sport with apollo please bargain the price.

The staff were friendly and helpfull,the food was excellent, great swimming pool, good selection of activities 9.3 had a relaxing stay first time stay at nusa dua but will stay again good water sports but not enough options on menu but saying that the grand was very good ate there most of the time.

Families with young children Canada, January 03, 2011	Nice hotel on main strip Excellent pool and beach access 7.7 beautiful room comfortable for three with balcony and minute walk to pool and beach. great restaurant with shows for dinner so you don't have to be an all-inclusive guest (we weren't). beach is for tourist toys and not relaxing or playing in the water. good value for the money as booked through agoda.

The hotel have bigger room and sufficient fresh water which needed after doing some water sport/beach activities. They have pleasant service since begining until leaving the hotel. Many choices of local restaurant in front of hotel. Suitable for relax since lack of entertainment in the night.

Kids enjoyed a lot in the pool. booked first 2 days for just bed and breakfast and the next 2days All-Inclusive, as I was planing to go around on the first 2days, dont want to waste money. Breakfast was good. different menu every day. In addition to 24hrs food and drinks, all inclusive has free water activity, which is great. We tried snorkeling, catamaran, pedal boat and water cycle. There is no pool bad, but there is one next to the pool. Very kind and cooperative staff. On request they agree for late checkout if your flight is late in the evening. On request you get free Airport pickup, dropoff. Next visit, Yes will stay here again. Value for Money. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Try Glass Bottom boat trip to Turtle Island. Kids will enjoy a lot. Bargain every thing and every where. I mean every thing. Just as an example, Water bottle if you ask 10k, for your car driver 5k.
