Budget accommodation with friendly staff, but in desperate need of an upgrade. Pools need upgrading although nice and quiet. Food not terrific so better to explore surrounding areas where there are some great restaurants.

It was a good and pleasant stay. However, I had my key was left inside the room, then I asked a staf for a help but he ignored my call so that I had to do down to the lobby for 3 times.

Not quite what we expected

We have stayed at the Jayakarta before and didn't expect to find the Club Bali suites where they were located. the use of the Jayakartas faclities is good but you're not really made to feel welcome by the hotel staff. Breakfast ( which was not included ) was very ordinary. Also, we booked a transfer from thwe airport hut , noone was ther to meet us. when we enquired about this when we arrived we were told " they don't do that anymore ".

Good location with access to The Jayakarta
Great spot on the best part of Legian beach

after a little hiccup with check in, we finally got to our room & were pleased. larger than we expected with all usual features. access to all jayakarta's facilities and of course it's direct access to the beach was good. this is more of a family resort so probably not suited a couple so much but, good value accommodation in a good location, so no complaints.
Nightlife Tip:
Head down to the beach for a beer at sunset- lovely.
