Club Mirage Hotel, Bali

It was definitely the best deal in price. But we regretted after we used the hotel . The only cancellation was that we only booked it for two nights. For instance, It was not possible to switch off the light in the balcony which attracted the mosquitos. All standard rooms were on the ground floor at garden level. Which meant mosquitos. The reception sent technical service to turn off the light. But it remained so . This is just an example. Another problem was the noise because ground floor is the restaurant and kitchen floor which is close by. The poool area was not kept clean. There were left over drinks, cigarette boxes etc around the pool. To say the least we were not impressed with the food. Tea and some papapa and bread was all I can take from breakfast buffet. It is of course a 3 star hotel. But I expected better. The staff were friendly and they tried to please us in any way they can.

The rooms are a little smelly...but you are in the tropics so I guess that's to be expected. I requested a non smoking room but I dont think they exist i was moved to a less smelly room. Apart from that the staff were very friendly and the beach is nice. Breakfast was included but the choice was pretty limited

Hotel is clean with nice view and very convenient. Close to convenient store and mini mart. Hotel breakfast is not very good. Not much variety or choice of food. TV reception is not very good. Towels looks old and dirty. Air-con unit is not cold.
