Convenient location and Friendly Staff
Conveniently located near the beach and has shuttle bus to/from the beach. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a varieties of food to chose.

wonderful stay at the nusa dua area, new hotel has a spacious room with a great toilet. we were greeted with a traditional drink when checking in, and staffs remained helpful and professional throughout our stay. private beach is only a 5 minutes drive by the hotel's shuttle bus, although beach has nothing much to offer. please find out information regarding the shuttle bus (departure time, frequency) from the driver himself as more than one staffs gave us the wrong information. otherwise, a definite value for money hotel.

Nice rooms with big beds and pleasing decor.Our daughter enjoyed the pool and Kids Club, although she got bitten by mosquitoes while sleeping despite the balcony door being shut. Convenient shuttle to Bali Collection shops and restaurants. The beach is a tad inaccessible though as one has to take a shuttle instead of being able to walk there from the hotel room. Try the gado-gado rolls if you order room service.

Our room is pool access so it is very convenience to go swimming but room is a bit small. The towels look tired and they do not provide toothbrush etc. However, this hotel is great for family with kids. When we go for the SPA, our kids can go to the Kids' room. There are lot of activities in there and my kids just love it. The hotel private beach is shared among with the other hotels. Just inform the hotel and they will drive you there. Breakfast is good but after few days, will feel bored. The security is tight. Need to go through 2 security checks before entering the hotels. Apart from that, it is a relaxing stay in the hotels.
Shopping Tip:
There is a Bali Collection Mall nearby. Free transport there every hour.
Many restaurants and shops over there.

This hotel is worth the value of what we've paid. The room is quite spacious and the staff are also very friendly. We stayed for 2 nights, and at the second night we were moved to another room because there is a maintenance was undergo above our room. They also prepared us a breakfast box because we had to leave very early in the morning. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 2 days and our room was viewing the pool. The beds are big and the room is spacious, though there are plenty of mosquitoes, no wonder there's mosquitoes spray inside the wardrobe. The breakfast was so so, not much variation of food and for 2 days in a row, we kind of bored with the food selection. Another down point is we have to take the shuttle vehicle to go to the beach which is inconvenient too. Fortunately the hotel staffs were efficient and have been a great help. The kids club is being managed well over there.

Nice hotel, large room, friendly staff. We were supposed to get the garden view room, but the check in staff upgraded us to the orom with pool view and bathtub! Love the breakfast buffet. The downside is only no private beach at the hotel, but they provide shuttle that takes people from hotel to beach and back.

i had little problem with internet connection during my stay and i'd suggest to call the internet help center directly rather than calling the receptionist or operator.
