The hotel has a private beach (in fact, most of the hotels in Nusa Dua
have their private beach), in order to go the private beach, you need to
take the shuttle service fr the hotel, it's a bit inconvenient, but not a big
problem at all.
tips: Nusa Dua is really a high-end place, enjoy a quite stay here,
dont expect Nusa Dua like Kuta beach. Nusa Dua is not full of
shops & nightlife.

The only down side to our Bali trip was the immigation line was so long only 2 officers manning their station. No airconditioning at the airport and it can get hot! By the time we cleared immigration all our bags were out and waiting for us. People are very friendly and helpful. They have pride in the service they give. Thank you very much Bali we enjoyed our stay, see you soon! It was sad to leave.

We love the pools and private beach. Superb service and the hotel is elegantly decorated. The room is comfortable with big bathroom. However there's no bathtub in Deluxe room.

Hotel don't have a beach, courtesy bus has been provided. Beach is very dirty with tonnes of plastic bottles and rubbish.
Rubbish floating in a water.Bali is disgraceful. Rubbish is every where in a local street. Nusa dua is clean,but outside just awfully. My good advice,before you invite people,clean up your backyard. Hygiene is not issue there, rats in the street, hundreds.Piles of rubbish. Water polluted. For good sake, don't go there don't waste your money

I found the hotel very average first because of its location. Nusa Dua is a proper tourist ghetto which gives the wrong outlook of Bali.
The hotel itself was okay, but it lacks authenticity. It looks westernised to a large scale! Moreover the corridors never ends and the conditions of common areas are not good (holes in the ceiling, water dropping from ceiling and walls etc.) Also there is no direct access to the beach and you get to take a free shuttle from the hotel. The beach is nice but there are rubbish everywhere.
