nothing special. Staff was very rude that I was almost to check out. Food was terrible, security service was unprofessional etc. I can not say that is a lovely Hotel. It's up to guys, if you want to try to stay in this hotel just go ahead and see what happens...take care and have a great vacation.

We arrived late in the evening in the hotel as we flew from jakarta. Check in and check out was fast. Friend staff. Breakfast is just simple. Room size is just right. Area is near to everything-from shopping to dining, bar hopping, beach. The hotel provides free wifi access to their guests.

Very comfortable bed.Poolside lounges tended to get hogged. Staff friendly and attentive.

no lift, have to carry luggage using stairs, pool is too small. bathroom have no place/rack to even just put soap or shampoo. washtafel very small

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the hotel is close to legian n kuta beach. very convinient to walk to those location.

alright, i'll tell you one thing about going to bali. if you want to have a fun, parties every minute and get what ever you need for this cheap then catch the airline and go in bali to enjoy your self....enjoy

dekuta is a new building hotels . so the room and the furniture are new and futuristic .
the location is in the heart of kuta , but need to walk through popies alley within 10 minutes from the beach.
the swimming pool are good
the servie are good also.

I will stay this hotel again if i got go bali, i like the free wifi service, and the hotel is very clean, the employee quite nice and friendly.
The location of hotel quite near the beach and night time go clubbing also quite near,can go there relax during night time.
Shopping Tip:
the local items around is area quite expensive, i suggest do not buy too much in this area, but if you want to buy branded items is ok

Poor service and room maintenance. Our toilet was broken and smelly. We tried to keep informed staffs and nobody care or followed up until in our 2nd night I call to staff and ask them to come to the room. At the beginning they offered us another room which is smaller. Lucky they changed their mind later on and move us to the bigger room next to the pool. However, the toilet in new room was broken!!! Tried to tell staffs but no one came to fix it until we check out.
