Nice big new rooms however breakfast let it down

devata suite and residence is a new hotel at the back of legain near sunset road (near mcdonalds). our room was very nice, huge room, comfy bed, nice bathroom and a big comfy couch. even though the room was nice i still wouldn't stay here again. the complementary breakfast was not very good, it included toast (jam) or rice with a cordial. i bought breakfast outside of the hotel. there is also no restaurant so you can not get room service. however there are heaps of delivery cafe, restaurants in the area. great delivery pizza (pamphlet in room). i also didn't like the area, it was way to far away from everything, beach shops ect. it would of also been nice to be able to sit in the pool with a couple of cocktails, but with no bar or restaurant this wasn't possible. for the price a night you can definitly find better value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Gourmet Cafe up the street has amazing food.
