Location, near restaurants and bars. Nice garden and pool area. Nice people working there.
TV have very bad picture and sound. Even the movies from DVD are almost impossible to look at. Limited choice of english spoken channels. Far from the beach but still in walking distance.
I was upgraded to a better room, nice. This is the third time I'm staying at this hotel. Limited choice for breakfast but I don't eat so much in the morning so it's ok for me. It should have been nice with some PC:s with Internet connections so you don't have to walk outside everytime.

Good bed, huge room, all the basics, GREAT location (right behind the memorial).
pool is pretty small, doesn't provide water...
We only stayed for one night because we needed a hotel at the last minute.
A basic double bed room was huge, and had all everything you need - although no water was provided like most hotels - however it was cheap and incl breakfast so i would say a good deal.
TV provided new release movies and bathroom was a descent size. Not the most flash hotel but its so cheap its not really an issue.
I would recommend this hotel to young people or people/families on a budget.
Nightlife Tip : bounty hotel/paddys/embargo are all right round the corner. Great location if your into clubbing.

The Dewi Sri was a lovely hotel, the gardens where beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, clean with great veiws, the staff are very friendley
The pool could be a little bigger, when there are a lot of people swimming theres not much room
I loved the dewi sri, i have stayed there before and thats why i went back, the rooms are very large and very clean, the air conditioner is cold and the staff cant do enough for you and if you have kids they are spoilt being at the dewi sri, the breakfast is western and very yummy, if anyone ask for a good hotel in kuta i would say the dewi sri,its in a great location
Travel tip : Just down the road in Poppies 2 there is a resturant called UN'S it is fantastic, it is walking distance and you can shop on the way back to the hotel
