Located near the beach with nice landscaping, I like it. Convienient for food. Room condition too old, need to upgrade. Every morning, serve the same breakfast, not much choice. Some dish have to wait more then 10min, especially bacon and ham.

Good location, friedly staff Poor breakfast, could not even drink juice.
Hotel overall condition is poor. Some rooms are in quite a good shape. Swimming pool was not cleaned any day. Hotel location is excellent. Hotel is beach resort right to the beach. Hotel staff is very friendly. Hotel is very old. Hotel overall condition is poor. Renovation is needed. Some rooms are in quite a good shape. Swimming pool was not cleaned any day. Hotels garden is in fact quite nice. Breakfast is very bad. Only thing we could eat was bread and eggs. We eat only one day. What might be this juice what they offered. Nice beach is front of the hotel so this thing kept us happy. Also good night life spots are near by.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can walk very nice beach from Kuta to Semijak.
Hotel is located Semijak. Hotel also has free transport to Kuta 3 times a day.

Reasonable rates for this part of Bali. Large garden and beachfront. Clean, comfortable basic rooms. Some might be put off by cracks in the older buildings on site, but otherwise, no complaints. I was on a budget, and found myself attracted to the nostalgia of this old hotel, a former missionary retreat I think. Loved the garden, the layout of the grounds, the staff were very helpful when I needed a doctor, had a great but basic breakfast, the room was clean, comfortable, with a balcony looking over the garden. There aren't many beachfront budget options in this part of Bali, and I loved that I could sit above the beach, watching the action without having to deal with the vendors...
Hotel Feature Tip : I would recommend this hotel to those travelling with young children for its expansive gardens and grounds.
