The room were ready and they are very clean even the staff take their shoes off before entering your room. They wanted you to check in on time because of fresh flower and keeping the room cool but waited nearly a hour and their was no flowers I think they need to change their check in info. They gave us a welcome drink that was nice. The waffles were great.They pool was good and plenty of seating. The waterpark is close onlt 10mins down the road.

Go to the water park great day .

Hotel has simple layout. The staff are friendly.
I reached early morning but the front office staff allowed early checked in when check-in time is 2pm.
Room is spacious and very clean. Room is cleaned everyday by housekeeping and they change towels daily.
It is near to shopping areas and only take minutes to go to the beach.
If you are looking for a economical hotel that is clean and comfortable, this hotel would be a good choice.

Very nice location, good crowd
Location is excellent, nearby a lot of amenities within walking distance.

room is a bit on the old side, while toiletries is bare minimum for the price we are paying. decent breakfast buffet spread. crowd is very good, so if you like a quiet setting this is not for you. its also very close to main mall in kuta, and within walking distance to the beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Drop by the main mall in Kuta, and the beach is just behind it.

The tap water is not safe to drink and sometimes, it is smelly. The water supply system should be revised and renovated. I would strongly recommend that more drinking water should be supplied in the mini-bar on account of the hot and humid weather. The pillow-cases and the pillows are a bit smelly on my last night of the stay there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are a lot of water sports/activities to be enjoyed in Bali. The transportation cost on this island is very reasonable.

Nice hotel but poor location

Overall, i like the hotel itself where they provided good and friendly services, awesome swimming pool, and lovely and sweet room interior design.
But cons would be where it located far from sanur beach markets, and its surrounding has limited restaurants / shop lots. If you are looking for a peace and quiet place, sanur would be the place for you, but if you are like us, expecting some nice beach, beautiful scenery, definitely not here =) disappointed when we got here (particularly sanur instead of the hotel).
Another cons? was the expensive shuttle service provided by the hotel itself. Take into consideration where tourists traveled quite some distance to stay in oasis lagoon, but they don't provide free or at least affordable shuttle service for airport transfer. sad case they told me have to pay USD 30 to get their shuttle service.
