I've never experienced such a great stay. Comfortable villa makes us happy. We can move all over the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay with cart. We can use the cart 24 hours freely.

1- Beautiful design of room & lounge 2- effective use of local products 3- staff was efficient & made things happen.

1-we booked ocean view room and were allocated a partial ocean view - so the web site misrepresented the offering.
2-Hotel was pure luxury and lived up to its reputation.

going there for our 5th anniversary, we enjoyed the privacy of our pool villa. I would have expected to be picked up with a luxury car without having to pay extra ( twice as we arrived on two separate flights!! charging 10$/day extra for internet and 25$ for a nasi goreng were excessive ,but for a special occasion ... but overall it was FANTASTIC stay !!
