Relaxing location but away from the action

very friendly staff, room and facilities are a bit dated and could do with some renovating. a lovely place to stay if you want a traditional rustic balineese atmosphere, but don't expect 5 star. the beach is nicer than kuta and other beaches in the same area. it is a long way to centre of town by road and about a 20min walk along the beach. the hotel runs a free bus to kuta but it is only one way and you have to make your own way back.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go white water rafting with Bagus Rafting it is a fun day out.

Great hotel on the beach

hotel is on the beach and has a good pool with attentive staff. great for families. location is a bit far from seminyak but there's a free shuttle that takes you into the city. there is a helpful tour facilitator on the premise to help arrange activities.
Restaurant Tip:
Warung Made in Seminyak serves pretty decent local fare. Naughty Nuri (within walking distance to Grand Balisani) serves great pork ribs.

I would not stay here again, Not a 5 star hotel

Nothing 5 star about this place. 3 star the most(if that) Beach is so dirty I cant even look at it, sand is black. Far from everything. Food is not good including there breakfest. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Romantic hotel in off the beaten track location

We rented a car so getting there was no problem. Warm welcome given from reception to porter carrying our luggage to our suite. Showed us around the suite which was huge, lovely balcony, enormous bathroom with tub, shower, bidet, etc. King size bed and a day bed beside the window for reading. Very romantic location in a quite part of Seminyak. Great for honeymoons, break from noisy crowds. Nice restaurant facing the beach and pool, breakfast spread was good. Some restaurants along the street outside hotel if you like to dine out.

Nice hotel with a nice atmosphere

The hotel is quite nice. It's a little bit off so you have to go by taxi to get too shopping and restaurants. Taxi on Bali is quite cheap so it's not a big problem. The hotel is situated on the beach but in this season the waves are to big so saw no one going for a swim in the sea. The hotel have a nice pool but you can't be to late to have a sun-char.
The hotel charged 25 USD extra for en extra bed.
