Grand Hyatt Hotel, Bali

This was a wonderful vacation, the hotel is very well situated, very convinient and a great holiday. we expected mor from the kids club however there was enough for the kids to do with out it... The beach is amazing

Brilliant furnishing, good privacy, beautiful man-made pond at the balcony where you can feed fish and ducks. Very posh yet cosy toilet as well. Entire entrance area was very grand yet homely feeling with constant aroma fragrances all over. Beach was great too with not too many people around, and nice sand.

if you are looking to spend a vacation on the beach, this is the hotel for you. the Grand Hyatt has what is essentially a private beach, with soft white sand, beach chairs, and umbrellas. and if all that lying in the sun and swimming in the indian ocean makes you a little hungry, no worries, there is always a waiter within waving distance, ready to bring you snacks and cold drinks. if you are looking for nightlife and a hotel where you can party all night long, this isn't it. there are definitely a couple of bars but they are definitely more geared toward quiet conversation and looking out over the beach than pounding beers and thumping bass lines. if a loud party scene is your thing, you can always catch a cab into Kuta, where you'll be able to get your fill. but since we were looking to get away from the daily grind of life in a giant Asian city, the Grand Hyatt was the perfect answer. and don't let the hotel's size scare you -- 750 rooms is a lot but we never felt as if the beach, the giant pool, or the restaurants were crowded, or even full. likewise, the hotel is definitely family and kid-friendly but we never felt, as a couple with no children, that the place was overrun with kids. if you are so inclined, you could easily spend your entire vacation at the resort, the hotel ensures that you don't need to leave if you don't want to -- which doesn't hurt their bottom line. on that note, there is an outdoor mall/food court compound a five minute walk from the Hyatt front gates and while it is hokey, it is a good place to stock up on bottled water, sunscreen, snacks, alcohol, etc for a fraction of the price at the Hyatt. Prices for these goods are even better in town, outside the resort area -- we paid about $10 USD for sunscreen at a convenience shop in Kuta; same bottle/brand was $30 USD at the Hyatt. if you want to see a little more than the Hyatt or the made-for-tourists resort area around the Hyatt, hire a car and driver to take you to see the sights. withi

We like the overall of the hotel. Rooms are modern and nice, though quite a distance from the lobby. During our stay the hotel appear to be pretty crowded, especially the pool area. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Good food and drinks selection. Dissappointed that Watercourt restaurant was closed for renovation and Internet cost a bomb.

it is amazing hotel ,BUT it seems from my experience & previous reviews that all rooms booked through agoda is Garden view without breakfast. obviously ,upgrading to ocean view or club room including breakfast become a normal practice . so keep in mind the real price is (agoda price + Around 50 USD) to get ocean view with breakfast . with all of that it worth paying every Penney and i would like to be there again.

My boyfriend and I really enjoy our stay Grand Hyatt Hotel. The room that we up graded at grand club is cozy. The bed is so comfortable, making us feeling so at home. They have almost everything under one roof. sport activity, shopping, spa, fitness club, nice pool, garden and beach front. Staff are helpful and friendly. Bali collection shopping center are just 5 mins walk.

great hotel with great staff was offered upgrade to seaview room for 45 dollars well worth taking the club rooms as great food and breakfasts seaview rooms are wonderful all clean wonderful views

the hotel located at Nusadua is the suitable location as is quite and clean and especially just opposite Bali Collection by walking distance of 10min easier for us to eat and shop rather than need to go down to Kuta(City) which is far away .The room facing ocean view give me a refreshing breath every morning . But the food is not as good as i expected when compared eating outside hotel and expensive.In overall ,i will still prefer to stay at this hotel next time i visited

This hotel is very good for us, the room, the view, the enviroment and the swimming pool. We had a very good time there. The beach is a very nice place for us, and the swimming pool is also perfect.

Beautiful beaches, the atmosphere of the garden landscape, warm and thoughtful hospitality, convenient location to dining, it is very suitable for holiday, it is suggested that if tourists do not have to choose the hotel nusadua because the hotel is to be a waste of resources
