Families with older children Philippines, December 28, 2009	Ordinary Location 5 The location is perfect, kuta beach is right in front of the hotel, crocs, oakley, polo and other stores and restaurants are just walking distance from the hotel. However, nothing is extraordinary about the hotel, the room is quite old, the pillows are hard, aircon is not cold enough, breakfast is not delicious, and worse of all the service is bad! We went to the restaurant to eat our breakfast early in the morning and when we came back, housekeeping already went inside our room to clean even if we didn't advise them to do so! we didn't even hang "please clean up room" in our doors! when we confronted them they said its standard to do housekeeping every morning even if they were not told to do so! Its very disappointing because they didn't even give us the chance to keep all our important belongings before they entered our room.

Families with young children Malaysia, December 27, 2009	Inna Kuta Beach Hotel Beach front, nice swimming pool, good location. 6.3 Generally the hotel is up to it's standard compliments with the good location, just few minutes walking distance to restaurants, shopping malls/stalls, entertainment etc. The facilities of the hotel is good, especially it's beautiful beach front, with nice swimming pool, clean & cosy room, couple with good service hotel staff. The only set back is there's no internet facilities in the room and the varities of breakfast kinda lacking.

Good breakfast spread. 9 Location is excellent for shopping in Kuta, yet offers the privacy of a quiet getaway. Access to Kuta beach where one can watch the beautiful sunset is a mere one minute from the hotel pool. Breakfast spread is good and the rooms offer a Good view of the garden or the swimming pool. Staff is friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again during next stay in Bali. Shopping Tip: The main Kuta shopping belt is just next to the hotel. You can do your shopping, offload your purchases in your room, and get right back to shopping again without having to lug them along.

Gamelan music for breakfast. 6.7 We only stayed a few days but the hotel is in a great position for Kuta with absolute beach side and quiet. Staff are, as usual in Bali, friendly and attentive. The hotel has seen better days but the rooms are well appointed and clean. For the money we paid we thought it excellent value. Breakfast was included and the food range was good with a nice open plan dining area. If you like gamelan music then you get great value for about 3 hours at breakfast and they have bamboo gamalan on alternate days - very nice and relaxing. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on other meals. Hotel Feature Tip: Gamelan music at breakfast.

Wifi in coffee shop although I did not test it out. 6.7 Popular amongst locals. Good location with a lot of eateries around. There is a spa there as well. Ask for the special promotions. The facial technique needs to be more refined. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Don't be taken in by touts along the streets who told you that you have won a prize and needs to go for a presentation to win the prize. It is actually a timeshare hoax. You will only win $250 worth of vouchers that is only applicable if u subscribe to the timesharing scheme. Sheer waste of 2 hours time.
Lee E. Couples Singapore, December 03, 2009	My Short holiday stay at Inna Kuta Hotel Hotel is right in the middle of shopping area, walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants. The hotel swimming pool is just next to the Duta Beach, best place to watch the sunset. 8.3 Me and my wife stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights and overall we had a peasant and relaxing stay at the hotel. The hotel security is quite tight which is good, all vehicles are checked before they are allowed into the hotel premise. Would strongly recommend to my friends to stay at this hotel when they visit Bali. Shopping Tip: Walk around and compare the prices before buying.

Groups Australia, November 30, 2009	Inna kuta Beach Hotel Experience - Proximity to beach - Lovely Cleaning and Restaurant Staff - Quietness - Large Swimming Pool which is 20 seconds walk from Beach - Good Breakfast 8.3 I enjoyed my stay at the Inna Kuta Beach hotel. It was amazingly close to the beach which made me always so excited to get up and start the day to go to the beach. The pool is really big so you don't have to listen to all the other guests conversations around the pool. The staff were friendly when it came to house cleaning and buffet breakfasts. Would definately stay here again.

Groups Australia, November 25, 2009	Inna Kuta Resort Bali Beautiful Pool Lovely Gardens Excellent beach access friendly staff Comfortable rooms 10 I have stayed in Kuta a few times at different resorts and I found the Inn Kuta a lovely place to stay it is quiet and very much a place to stay without kids, Not a lot for the kids to do there, This is not a family resort. But it is lovely for people wanting a holiday away from kids and noise. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the staff are goprgeous. It is in an excellent loctaion, the rooms are comfortable.
