Good location to everything
The location is very handy to everything and right on the beach too. The swimming pool and swim up bar are great.
4.3
The location of this hotel is perfect if you wish to be in the centre of the Kuta shopping and restaurant area and walk straight out onto the beach. The swim up bar is an added plus although drinks around the pool expensive. Breakfast is poor - same every day and not much selection. Front desk staff seem to be the most unpleasant especially for one lady in particular which a few guests also commented on. Cottages and Superior rooms are very tired and in need of renovations which the hotel has started to do on the superior rooms only. The swimming pool is huge and the hotel also has a restaurant on the beach. You can't go past this hotel for location to beach, shops and restaurants. Also the Kuta art market is right next door.

Value for money and LOCATION!
Big rooms, friendly staff, great Location, clean, lovely pool with poolside bar. Great buffet breakfast selection!
10
Inna Kuta is situated on the beach and near the main road where the Hard Rock Cafe is, the party area is not far off - 10min walk but you cannot hear it from the hotel. Staff are friendly and can arrange tours for you. It was clean and spacious, definitely value for money. Ask them to organise a taxi to take you to Jimbaran Beach for a Sunset fresh seafood dinner - that was stunning and a highlight of our stay!
Restaurant Tip:
Just up the road about 50m after the Hard Rock is a restaurant called Rosso Vino, you can have lunch there and use their fabulous sofa life loungers to tan and read your book and swim in their pool, from about 4pm a DJ starts playing Cafe Del Mar like music and you can just chill and drink cocktails till the sun sets - really good!!!

Inna Kuta Beach Hotel
Wonderful staff, nice pool, breakfast buffet, central location.
9.7
Good location in Kuta. The staff was very helpful and even though the restaurant didn't open until 6:30am for breakfast, they always allowed me to get my coffee as early as 5am. The breakfast buffet was awesome and a little different each day. The pool was nice and had beach access. Best of all, we met a wonderful driver named Widhi (pronounced Weedee)hired by the hotel and were able to hire him privately for all our transport around the island!

Inna Kuta Hotel Bali
Good location for those who like activities for night out and shopping
6.3
The location is very good for shopping water sport and night out. Swiming pool is big and you can enjoy having food by the pool. Unfortunately when we were there the hotel is in the middle of renuvation so it is quite noisy and lots of dust. However, since we were out during the day time, so it was not so annoying. So, overall it was good with this price we paid

Great location, great pool but poor room condition
Location is central and walking distance to heart of Kuta. Nice pool area.

Inna Kuta is in a terrific location if you want to be walking distance from Kuta shopping area. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel where you can walk at your pleasure for souvenir hunting or just enjoy the bargains along the way. The pool area is extremely nice and enjoyable with a sizeable pool and you can walk straight onto the beach from the pool area. The room conditions unfortunately are lacking with soft beds, worn out beddings, weak lighting, old furniture while the bathrooms are small again with weak lighting, no ventilation hence a continuous musty smell and no hair dryer for ladies. Hopefully the renovations will improve the room conditions.
Shopping Tip:
Just take your time shopping along the streets and don't be tempted to buy from the first street vendor instead continue until you are satisfied with both product and price.

This hotel was probably the worst i used in Bali. when i went to check in they had only a twin room for us- they were inflexible and wanted an extra $50 US a night to move us to a double room. the lady on reception was horrible, most of the staff were well equipped with poor attitudes. the hotel was outdated and over-priced and at no stage in our stay were we made to feel comfortable or welcome. with so many fine hotels to choose from i am astonished that anybody stays here (we would have refused to check in but the hotel has a 100% cancellation policy- leaving us with no option but to stay)
oh and the bathroom flooded and smelt like sewage every time we used the shower!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
its very close to kuta beach.

Not so much of a 4-star
The ethnic view, cottage style, view straight to the beach
4.3
When me and my friend arrived there's no staff waiting in the lobby to greet us, we carried our own bag to the reception, not long after we check in, we're brought to our room, when I walked through the alley of the hotel it's so dark and the environment feels less maintenance. When we entered the room and check the bathroomn it's so dissapointed, dirty and dark. The next morning we took breakfast, looking at the variety is so low and even the taste, can you imagine we had to feel the same taste the next morning coz we spent 2 days at the hotel.
Feels regret when I saw other hotel (which no star title) gives cheaper price, better environment and better service.
After all the only good point we can took was the startegic place near hardrock and in the main road of KUTA.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Near Hard Rock Cafe

great hotel
Great location, great pool, great service, great breakfast.
My room was right on the beach.
8.7
My Cottage (#408) was right on the beach, opening the door I was looking directly at the ocean, which was only 20m away.
The swimming pool is great, the breakfast is really good and the swim up bar is very handy.
The service was very good, the warnet was cheap enough and the money changing service was useful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for cottage #408, right on the beach!

Great location
Location, friendly staff and location.
8.7
This resort must have the best location in Kuta. The beach is at your door with the markets and the shopping just a two minute walk away. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We upgraded to deluxe suite as the superior room was not quite up to what we were hoping for. I would recommend this hotel again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you want to catch a taxi out of Kuta walk back up the street to save going all the way round the block.
