(i) very friendly n efficient staff (ii) lovely swimming pool (iii) nice beach front (iv)clean n fairly spacious room

my kids and i had a wonderful and memorable stay.unfortunately i almost got conned by the money changer(not the one in the hotel)but the guy just outside the entrance.the hotel sdould either have him arrested or removed as it gives the hotel a bad name.

Ok Stay at Inna Kuta
Great location.
Great pool area although in need of maintenence to pool (tiles loose and grubby, lounges need upgrading - especially covers)
Good quality and range for breakfast.

Hotel is in great location but needs some attention to quality of staff(majority had trainee badges) - friendly enough but lacked experience - in fact majority looked as if they were school kids on work experience.
Pool area is great but is in need of maintence / upgrade.
Need to improve service around pool area - hotel missing out but also becomes disappointment for guests.
Not bad value for money but could be greatly improved with a little attention.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Great location to go and sit in front of hotel on the beach around 5, have a cold drink with the locals and watch the sun set.

Great place which offers reasonable value. With a little attention to improving the pool area, upgrading the quality of staff service and some maintenance to rooms this would be a fantastic place.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Great area in front of the pool to enjoy an evening drink and watch the sun set.

Shopping Tip:
use local shop in the immediate area it will save you lots of walking, prices are pretty much the same everywhere you go

We had a room with not very clean and have problem with toilet(cant flush properly), however, they change the room for us.The location of the hotel is very good, just need to upgrade the rooms.

Easy to find food and the hotel is situated along the beach.

This was our second time to bali and our second time staying at inna kuta.We like the inna kuta beach hotel cause of its great location.It backs onto kuta beach.Kfc is 1 minute walk up the road.
Mc donolds and matahari(shopping center) is far either.
If you dont mind getting hassled soon as you leave the hotel by hawkers its a great place to stay.
A bit over priced you could get a hotel just as good out of kuta a bit way cheaper like half the price per night.
But for
Shopping Tip:
If you dont wanna get hassled learn to put your head down and keep walking.Ignore them.

The Hotel has been refurbished since I stayed here last. The rooms, the pool area, meals area and entrance have all had renavations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily and the aircon works fine. The hotel is well located, very central to everything you need. The beakfast menu was huge with more than you could hope to eat.
Travel tip:
Dont except time share or lottery winning cards from local people on the street. Its a con and you will waste 4 hours of your holiday getting dragged to sales meeting.

we enjoyed our stay at Inn Kuta, for a tip if dtaying, walk back to corner or walk up along the beach about 2o meters and walk through the makets if going to airport, Sanur or Noosa Dua or want to go to the sports bar or restaurants along Jalan Kartika otherwise you will need to drive a very long way around and will take time and money in a taxi
Travel tip:
hire motor bike from corner only rp50,000 per day
