We stayed with a group of about 30 in total,
Hotel very clean, however our service at the bars and restaurants was extremly slow service up to 40 mins for a drink one time, and also everyday the bars seemed to run out of supplies and not replenish stock for about 2 to 3 days later.
If the hotel was to improve on these two areas we would stay there quite often as its location was very handy for us.

Everything was good except for the fee drink vouchers for beer.
I do not drink beer or alcohol and I was told that I could not get a juice or soft drink instead of beer.

It is a nice four star hotel with good value of money located in the prime area of Kuta beach. The Kuta beach is just opposite the road, and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The new kuta beach walk that has many restaurants, shops, food courts, and children play ground is very closed. In addition, Mc Donals, KFC, Pizza, and hard Rock Cafe are nearby. It is very convenience and closed to all attractions.
