Nice Hotel n Good Location
large swimming pool, big room, big bath room

The location in front of the beach, freshly and good garden, many trees and swimming pool is very big. Only the towels in bath room and swimming pool are not good poor colours.

A comfortable friendly stay
The location to everything in Kuta was great.Thebeach was across the road but he hotel was set back so very quiet and relaxing.The staff were friendly and extremely helpful for advice

old room with leaking water from the sink. Dirty hotel, used dishes for lunch in the room in different rooms left of the hallway for more than 24 hours.even if policy provides hotel check-in time is 14 staff did nothing to satisfy the customer after a long journey. just say come back after 14.

Location, location, location. The age of the hotel is beginning to show, but the rooms were clean and the grounds well-maintained. The hotel even threw in free dinner and beer, which was a nice gesture. Even more so as we got a good rate from agoda.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location was great for what we wanted to do.The hotel supplied us with vouchers for free dinner each night but the portions were so small we ate out at local places instead. Lovely new shopping centre close by attached to the new Sheraton Hotel.
The beach was a mess with a 3 foot wide strip of rubbish along the waters edge,this needs to be attended to, really not good enough these days to have to put up with this.
