Great location, clean and friendly staff

The hotel is situated just across the road from kuta beach and just beside a new shopping mall name beachwalk. It was very convenient to go shopping as the kuta town is just a walking distance from the hotel. It is still quiet at night in our room. The garden inside the hotel is really calming. Everyday we find a new dessert served in our room. Every staff that we met will always smile and greet us. In our next visit we will surely take room at ground floor with balcony so that we dont have to climb the stairs. Every evening we can walk to beach and watch sunset. Although the hotel is quite old, but there were not much problem. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Nightlife Tip:
Can walk to town. No need for taxi.

I stayed at two different hotels in Bali and I defintely prefered this one. The pool is great, breakfast room and service. Everyone says hello and asks how they can help.

location hotel nearly with airport, hotel condition and staff service very good and my room was upgrade to deluce room but the hotel has pickedup to bandara very expensive

Lovely hotel, great service, good location
Value for money, next to the new Beach Walk Mall.

I arrived late, flew in on a late flight for a business meeting. Great service. Lovely room. Spacious room and huge bathroom. Wish i had stayed for a couple of nights to enjoy all the amenities. Decent spread for breakfast. Good location, just across the beach, next to a newly built mall. It is on the end of the main road of Kuta. Will definitely be back, for vacation this time around.

I was here with my 3 young children, the hotel is very good, near to Beach, just walking arround and I Can get everything what I need. the pool is big, so my 3 children can spent long time and was happy.

I love this hotel and my next trip to Bali, I will stay there again. For me it's the best hotel in Bali, affordable price, 5 minute walkin to the beach, I love my room 620.... There is nothing that I can't complain about this hotel... Everything perfect for me...
Travel tip:
Bring ur sun block, its really hot in kuta beach.... But it's really nice place for holiday...

Big room with balcony and nice bathroom. Superb breakfast and great pool. The hotel gave us complimentary light dinner for two during our stay and free banana boat with transfer from hotel to benoa. Location is perfect, just cross the street to get to kuta beach, less than 1 minute walk to Beachwalk Mall, 5 minutes walk to legian beach. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit bali!
