Value for money, great location
Cheap enough for 4 star hotel in Kuta area

This hotel has great location but with affordable cost. Very recommended for those who want to stay at Kuta area. The room is clean and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will go back to this hotel on my next trip to Bali.

You pay for location for sure. And you pay for it here. We almost broke the bank coming here. The rooms were good. The location was superior for the beach and for shopping.
You aren't right on the beach which is a disappointment. But just across a busy street from it.
Also disappointing was the fact that breakfast isn't included.
The pool was clean and big. Having a bar on the pool makes it a little sketchy for kids to be there if many college guys are drinking to excess.
The bathroom was excellent in the room. The shower was quite good with decent water pressure.
The cost would cause me to skip this hotel next time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The waves in Bali are awesome no matter where you go. Make sure you learn to surf here. It is great.

Good location but old rooms

We stayed here twice, the rooms were ok, big but a bit old. The shower didn't work properly it took us about 10 mins to turn it off and on over and over again to get a nice hot shower. The wifi connection was weak but the hotel was on the beach and it's not over priced so can't complain.

We booked here after being totally disappointed with a different booking. It is across the street from Kuta Beach, walking distance to everywhere, including downtown, (about 15 -20 minutes), nice restaurant and pool with swim up bar. Staff were friendly and efficient and there was a snack brought to the room every evening. We would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The room are very big, clean and nicely furnished. The hotel is quiet and is located just in front of Kuta beach. Very close to the shops and restaurants.
We didn't have chance to try the breakfast, but the hotel offers nice menu and buffet.
The personel was nice and we received every day little sweets surprise in the end of the day (fuits, chocolates, cakes).

we were well looked after and promptly changed our room when the air conditioning was ineffective. Left some money in a drawer on changeover and reported it a couple of hours later. They promptly attended to the situation and money was returned.
