The hotel is located just in front of the Halfway surfing point and it's very convinient for surfers like us.
The hotel does not provide transportation to/from airport after 10:00 pm. We had to take taxi to/from airport, and that was Very disappointing. The hotel checks the mini-bar consumption EVERY DAY, while most of other hotels we have stayed check it only when checking out. This is also NOT very nice. Room clean-up came too eary before 9:30, even though we asked to come after 10:00 AM.
The room we stayed is not very spacious, but wash-basin and bathtab are clean and OK. Overall, the hotel provides services below the level of the room charge.

Hotel has beautiful gardens, nice pool with swim up bar and good restaurant.
Dinner meals are very good and buffet breakfast is average.
Hotel rooms were quite old and in particular the bathrooms in the first floor units we initially occupied were extremely dirty and the water supply to the showers was cold and just a trickle, not enough for washing.
The staff were not particularly strong on english and although after 2 nights we were transferred to ground floor rooms with cleaner bathrooms, the aironditioning in these units was very noisy.
We would not stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful location, on the beach of Kuta. Ideal for beach lovers. Large pool. Good breakfast.
Sometimes large distances between the lobby and rooms. Finishing in room is not always neat.
A hotel on the beach of Kuta lies. Prices are competitive, and the hotel is particularly suitable for visitors who come primarily for location in luxury and not too high demands. Breakfast is a goedmaker, like the beautiful large pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Great waves for surfing enthusiasts for the door: beach of Kuta.
