Improvement
Mosquitoes in room. Breakfast not nice.

Lots of mosquitoes in the room.
Breakfast is totally out, not nice.
Hygiene is also not well taken care of.
Room is spacious for family suite.
1st night checked in was told that my room is under maintenance but is a lie. Room was occupied by others. Was given another room but not comfortable.
Booked for the driver, car was stuffy and hot with aircon not cold. Costly for having booked a driver from the hotel.

Utterly awesome, would most certainly return.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The food was of high quality. My three year old daughter especially enjoyed watching the TV from the bath. Rooms were clean and the pool was lovely and well maintained.
However the busy main road is a real concern. For guests safety something must be put in place to make it safe to cross the road. We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending to friends.

Hospitality of the staff, cozy room and nice bathroom. I even want to have that kind of bathroom in my home. I also got surprise birthday cake since i stayed there celebrate my birthday. very kind

i have been stayed in Bali at least 300 times . this hotel bed is way too small . bathroom door is always open itself due to it is a bad design . no place to put personal good . very bad design .

Good stay, just a little far to walk to places. Friendly staff and good size Buffett. Love all the purple. Very reasonable price! Drivers at hotel expensive get a taxi!
