Things that I don't like:
Single size bed f(not super single), small king size bed for their double bed.
Little point of LED lights in the bedroom, which makes the room gloomy.
Location of bath tub is far from the shower area which was not comfortable
No shelf near the basin, no place to put your soap or toothbrush near the basin
The most important thing is the hotel did not cover part of mirror glass' edge near the basin area which is very dangerous for safety. They should pay attention for this.
Location is not near to beach, but you won't have problem if you have vehicle. A lot of taxi, not to worry.

Poor design of bathroom and bad wifi connection

Not happy with the wifi connection, contacted staff but no resolution. Many staffs can't understand and pass around the message.. Room design looking good but the toiletries are far away and behind basin. This is inconvenient to get the soup and walk a few more step to wash hand. Highlighted to hotel but no attempt to change room.

The overall theme of the hotel is purple, and i think they did a great job in maintaining consistency of this theme. The overall location is a tad far away from Kuta beach, but easily accessible to a shopping mall right opposite the hotel. Crossing the street to get there would be challenging with the never-ending traffic though.
