We only spent a couple of nights at this hotel, but will definitely return in the future. It is modern, clean, staff are friendly and the rates are great. Be aware though that you will need a taxi to get into the central parts of Kuta - this hotel is definitely on the outskirts.

The hot water system is only working for one out of three rooms. Plus it's very noisy at night as the door tends to beep if you do not close it properly. Our "neighbour" didnt notice that and it beeps for more than 10 minutes at 2am!

We had an enjoyable stay. My mom loves the breakfast with selections of indonesian cakes. The swimming pool was nice. If you like to go for shopping, the taxi will cost you usd 25 to go to beach walk shopping mall in kuta.

The hotel is new. Reception is very helpful and kind.I think the room rate is lower than it should be is mainly because its location. It is not walking distance to the fun area(beach, market, shopping,etc). But you can still taxi to where you want to be and its cheap.
One thing that concerns me most is that there are so many mosquito during breakfast around the pool. There were not much plant there so I worried about the cleanness of the hidden area.

Travel tip:
a bit distance to Kuta beach but they have provided shuttle bus .
