hotel driver is not honest - cheat customer

please take note of this hotel driver are not honest and they told us to pay idr 100,000 to go to kuta town, and also the hotel driver told us this price is same to taxi.
never ever trust to the hotel driver, they are cheated, we stay 5 days in the hotel, we take taxi only cost idr 15,000 to idr 40,000 to go to kuta town (different color taxi maybe different charge - please take blue color taxi), taxi with meter, it far cheaper than hotel driver price.
lastly, i hope the hotel management will take their attention on their driver attitude as well, if not this definately impact the hotel image

I am not that satisfied.
Pool, close to airport, and the bycicle is for free

I put a different card in card holder to sustain the aircon since I'm going to the hypermarket. sad to say when I get back at the hotel, the card is lost already. I asked the front desk and they told me that the card is not in their possesion.

The room was nice and comfortable with large bathroom, but it would be poor value for money if you do not get promotion price via Agoda. The worst part was the room blackout twice at night, and the air-cond was leaking! The only part I like about this hotel was the breakfast.
