we did not aspect much as the price was super cheap compare to d others but was shock when we took thier romantic package it was defently worth the price and is super cheap what they give.Is a must try if u are going as a couple. Super love it!

The aircons in the hotel lobby were switched off and this caused stuffy in the lobby. And the aircon in my room was making noise at nights.

Poor design of bathroom and bad wifi connection

Not happy with the wifi connection, contacted staff but no resolution. Many staffs can't understand and pass around the message.. Room design looking good but the toiletries are far away and behind basin. This is inconvenient to get the soup and walk a few more step to wash hand. Highlighted to hotel but no attempt to change room.

The overall theme of the hotel is purple, and i think they did a great job in maintaining consistency of this theme. The overall location is a tad far away from Kuta beach, but easily accessible to a shopping mall right opposite the hotel. Crossing the street to get there would be challenging with the never-ending traffic though.
