The hotel itself is in a good location close to a number of good eating locations. The staff were very helpful and did many things to help. If I were to be critical about the hotel I would say that the music from the Panorama bar was too much. It could be heard from my room on the 3rd floor clearly. The noise on one night was very loud. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the breakfast bar were very exceptional. We had a fantastic time on the beach area but it was difficult for to find a beach lounger. Most of the guests would claim a lounger and leave their towel on it for the day. It was difficult for the beach staff to control as no system was in place.
The staff were wonderful and the rooms were fantastic.
Live music at night till 11 30 or 12 pm. The music was so loud it carried through the entire hotel.
- Shopping Tip : Negotiate every price the staff in the shops give you. They expect you to do this. When you have given your final price and the staff say no walk away. They will call you back if they can do the deal.

Ms Manager has settled the client's problem by professional decision, I received the satisfactory compensation from the management when there are not room available at the last minute as my booking, they made me happy!
The resort is near by the beach, very romantic.

We enjoyed the hotel itself, with spacious rooms and good sea and pool views. Room service was excellent, and the staff went the extra mile to please us, for example by cleaning our room twice a day.
The beach is clean and vast, and there is no shortage of long chairs. However, the sea at the hotel beachfront is not clear: it was hard to see beyond my own hand. This is due, I surmise, to the tide. The shoreline moves about 500 meters between high and low, thus displacing lots of sand.
The morning buffet was copious and offered a good choice of asian and western dishes.
Skip the 'La Cascata' italian restaurant. Service was very slow, the soup was 0.5 cm deep, their lasagna still frozen inside, and desserts had an "industrial" taste.
