A very big and busy hotel right on the beach
Location was good - worth leaving the hotel for a wander round

a nice hotel. good, comfortable rooms and generally good facilities. it was a very busy hotel which meant that evverything was crowded all the time. the pool was very deep and very cold which meant it wasn't very enjoyable. food was very good - the seafood platter was excellent.
use the spas over the road - great value and good service.
Restaurant Tip:
Head out of the hotel to eat as it makes it much cheaper.

Nice hotel, but not happy with food selection at the two restaurants by the pool. The best feature was the location, i.e. ocean front. Very relaxing by the pool and the beach, but beach water not very clean, and not conducive to swimming. Even though the food was not very good, I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to others.

but the internet there is really bad!super slow!
on the website, it doesnt say you have to pay if you want to get access to wifi in your room. so it means that if you dont want to pay, you can only access to wifi in the lobby! again, te speed is super super super slow!!!

This is my third time back, But I will not be going back again
Fed up with getting a second best room when we booked for a deluxe ocean view double and this time had to wait three days to have that room.
This is a real shame !
This was my 16th time in Bali

The first time in Bali, we can see the ocean from our balcony,whcih is really very nice.I like the swimming pool especially, warm and clean.The breakfast is simple bu ok.

The hotel is suitable for kids over 8 years old as many activities are not designed for small kids, such as sea walk, banana boat, etc. The spa and food are much expensive than outside. The beach is not suitable for swimming as there is many rock and sea weeds. The room is fair. No free transportation, although its web site states the hotel provides free transportation for any stay over three nights.

Disappointing Experience
Good location on the beach, but crowded and commercialised

This hotel unfortunately did not live up to its promotional material. The rooms were old and run down with mould around the base of the shower/basin and the toilet leaked across the bathroom floor each time it was flushed. The staff were friendly, but everything was overcrowded and at meal times, the restaurant resembled a cattle-feeding yard. We chose to eat at many of the small local restaurants across the road from the hotel where the food is good and the ambience less 'touristy'. This hotel would appeal to young families where there are lots of planned activities, however, for the traveller who appreciates the local culture, this feels more like a shopping mall full of loud tourists rather than a 'bali haven'. The best day for me was being picked up at the hotel by a driver from Rumah Spa and taken a couple of kilometres down the road to a magnificent day spa. Good prices and lovely staff. Give the hotel a miss and go straight to the Spa!

Comfortable buty 5 Star? I think not.

Disappointed with service and accommodation. The place has so much potential but fails to deliver. There is ample staff and good infrastructure, but the place appears poorly managed and quality control seems non-existent.
Should perhaps be marketed solely as family accommodation, rather than luxury accommodation.

Nice on the beach, plenty of elbox room. I bit overprices I would say. Kind of isolated, but that also means. Nice for families. Missed a decent gym when a hotel claims to be 5 stars (must be a joke by the way)
