our family really enjoyed our stay here. the breakfast buffet that was included was wonderful. the pool was huge and wonderful with plenty of lounge chairs and the beach did not disappoint. there is something to please everyone here.

next door in the private villas was much better quality of food & cheaper.

we got upgraded to a suite and it was definitely a pleasant stay. it's a resort and therefore you have all the facilities that you need there. also, there are restaurants and shops right outside the resort. definitely worthwhile!

Almost complete comfort but mosquitoes plus plus

we arrived at 12 noon and couldn't check in until 2pm so we just had to dump our bags in the lobby and go wandering. still, there are restaurants and spas aplenty in the immediate vicinity so no real problem there. the ocean isn't really worth swimming in but the beach is lovely and the whole resort has the view. lots of mosquitoes everywhere, even in the room, but that's bali in general. the staff are great and you have all the 24-hour food-and-drink convenience you could wish for.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel can call you a driver, but any taxi out on the street just outside the gate can take you where you need to go for cheaper.

Pleasant hotel to stay in.

This was the second time we have stayed there. It's a nice place, but the food quality and presentation doesn't match the prices charged in US$. For us, who like Asian and Indinesian/Malay food the quality and price are doubled and halved respectively at any of the restaurants across the road, even though their consistency is a bit variable. Unfortunately the consistency at the hotel is assured.

The hotel is very good, the staffs in the hotel are nice. Ocean view is excellent. The food supplied in the hotel is value for moeny, and compared with the other restaurants near the hotel, the price of food is cheap.
