great location but small rooms

it took me two days to know where everything is. the hotel is great but the tv is too small for romantic room. no wellcome fruit. upon arrival no cold towel or cold drink as the weather was hot from airport.it said hotel pick up quest............waited to be pick up for half hour at the end get own taxi to hotel

Nice hotel with fabulous spa!
The Thalasso Spa was amazing

I travel to Bali 6-8 times a year, and decided to try something different this time. The hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable, the service was good, the breakfast buffet good. All this is to be expected in Bali. I like the location, and the beach was beautiful. The only downside was that it is definitely a tourist hotel - lots of families, and it was 93% booked when I was there. The problem with this is the noise and the trash that tourists leave on the beach. The hotel cleaners were out there early in the morning and did a good job cleaning it for the day. Being out there beforehand was not pleasant.
I appreciated that the hotel has a gym. There are not many hotels in Bali with this feature.
The Thalasso Spa was amazing. By far, my favorite in Bali now.
