i love the hotel very much. but did not like the pillows as it was tooooooo soft that it has no head support.neck hurt. wasnt happy during check out. only 1 staff and yet i did an early check out at about 11.30am and yet was told at 2pm it was not cleared and i had to wait in line but there were only 1 staff!! and people was getting frustrated because of the wait.

I really had a wonderful stay with Grand Mirage as the ocean view was amazing! And I would say that we would never miss their breakfast especially the bacon served. Very quiet surroundings as it is really good for honeymooners and also families. Never get to go to beach tho as it was closed on nyepi day. :(

I quite enjoyed when stay at this hotel. But i think this hotel needed something new touching for the room interior. It looks old.
Travel tip:
This hotel is good for a relaxing or honeymooners. But the hotel room condition i think need something new improvement. It's look an old hotel.

It was fantastic stay for New Year period. All was good, special when you have all inclusive. New Year Gala was very good prepared - fantastic food, super band and nice service.
During our visit we have also tickets for water sports. Room service was very fast and correct. Room was checked twice per day. At the hotel is so many restaurants, sports and leasure places that stay here even during raining season was not boring.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bali is very crowded. Not good roads, all under constraction. Every trip for sightsing needs hours.
