Great fun hotel for bali holiday
great pool and super breakfast

This hotel is close to all the great shopping and restaurant. The staff are super friendly and the pool was the best pool ever. loved loved our stay.

Must try Resto Vivo.

Lovely hotel with great service

Hotel is in great location right next to convenient stores, shops and restaurants which covered everything in it which is just as well because the hotel does not have any of the bali standard services. besides the location the hotel breakfast buffet is also pretty good with variety of choice from western to local style. But I personally think that they should change thier menu at least every alternate day. the staff are great and the rooms nice but i would rather stay at an older place with the bali feel.
Shopping Tip:
In case if you want to get some local stuff for sourvinier, do go to Matahari as it is cheaper and dont have to negotiate for the price.

Great location but not its service

overall hotel is good however had poor experienced during check-in. i gotten my room correctly only after the 3rd attempt. it will be perfect if the water in the room is not salty.

Hotel is beginning to be a little outdated, but still quite comfortable. I think for value of money you could probably find better. The facilities were good and the chill out pool was quiet and peaceful away from the majority of the other guests. The rooms are a little outdated, but of good size and quite comfortable. The staff members are so friendly and always say hello with a smile on their face. The breakfast was good - not fantastic. The best thing about this hotel is that everything is right at your front door - you could not find a better location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The rock bar is a little overrated, although nice, it is quite expensive. Tahna Lot temples are amazing, but at sunset there are a lot of other people around. Diving at Timbalan at the recks was awesome, the visibility is just amazing.

We were looking forward to our stay with Hard Rock Hotel Bali for the fourth times.
The bad encounter was we were bitten by bedbugs during the 2 days stay.

Loved every minute from the welcome fruits, personal toiletry baskets to the huge swimming pools. No request was too hard for the staff who all are friendly and really nice.

i stayed about 6 days in the hard rock hotel. i was very happy with the service, the breakfast menu and the room condition was very good. all my children were very happy to stayed in hard rock hotel. thank u very much for hard rock hotel warmed welcome to my family. all the best n see u next time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you stay in hard rock hotel you will not spend more on transportation cost, all the hotel staffs are very helpfull for all the hotel guest and not the hotel guest, very closed to bali famous kuta beach n shopping area also a lot of famous restaurant, pub, bar near the hotel.
