its a cheap hotel... good when u just need a place to shower and sleep .. as a transit hotel ...
and you can find "gents entertainment" next door and "downstairs"
top level rooms are very hot
air conditioning didn't work, the "Engineering" people knows it and pretend to fix it but there's nothing to fix !
we complained .. and general manager accused us wanting to get a free room ! NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM !!!
and called our friends in other room (Who is sleeping !) and complained about us wanting to get a free room ????
The next morning he bump into us in the lobby and just look the other way ... ! I thought a GM job to feel guest welcome and solving problem !
I dont think A GM of a hotel (no matter 1 star or 5 stars hotel) should act that way !
other than the GM & getting a room on the top level ... everything else is great considering the price we paid ! but dont expect too much !

the venue here was a simple but nice venue, nothing specail but a great place to crash, the staff were friendly and courtious, food was average but whato do you expect for the rate you pay.
overall we would stay here again

Very clean and not far from the main strip of Sanur

The room was clean and tidy no complaints, the main beach of Sanur is only 5 mins by taxi. The staff was great and the food was also nice

my experience at this hotel was not as wonderful as i would have otherwise expected it to be. while the people at the hotel are extremely friendly, there lacks a routine of communication between staff, usually resulting in you getting the short end of the straw. to clarify, i was serviced hot water, tea, coffee with condiments, but nothing to stir it with. after i had requested this fixed, it was not done until the last night of my stay. this also applied for the floors. my family in law stayed in a separate room, where their air-conditioner had broke and leaked. they came into my room tracking the water/dirt, making the floor obviously look ugly, dirty and even slippery. it took two days before complaints queued the room service to clean the floor with making the bed. i was not compensated at all, not even one free breakfast. additionally, we were provided a small old crt tv, where all the hotels in jakarta were flat screens. on the positive though, there swimming pool is great and it's a great place to look at.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel is not positioned in a good spot for site seeing the major attractions of Bali. The greatest thing this hotel has is easy access in and out with a car, security, and it's a great place to look at if you find looking at a hotel part of your site seeing survey.

had used this hotel on several occasions for trips to sanur and although situated at a considerable distance from town, the size of the room and the price tag more than make up for it. frequently use by asian tour groups so it could be noisy when the whole corridor of guests decide to open their doors and chat across rooms.
shuttle service to town is irregular but staff is very willing to accommodate since most of the time, you will end up as the only passenger as most of the tour groups have their own transport. breakfast is not great, neither is the pool but again, if you enjoy peace and quietness, the pool is usually empty.

Very clean hotel with good service.
The pool area was quiet and relaxing. The nightclub looked like fun.

Despite the fact that there were building works taking place in the new section of the hotel, noise was kept to a minimum and the stay was relaxing.

far from anywhere but shuttle service happily drop one off at sanur or kuta. very good value for the level of comfort but seems to cater to groups of asian tourists. spacious rooms, friendly staff, poor swimming pool. In the middle of an expansion so rooms facing the pool might be noisy.

The staff were very friendly when they understood what we wanted, how ever we arrived and the sheets on the bed had blood stain on them, the rooms were tidyed but never cleaned, glasses were not washed and the bathrooms were dirty when we arrived. Both rooms we had were broken in some way.
Overall we had a good time but wont stay at Harrads Hotel again.
Travel tip:
If you do stay, Ensure you use they're free shuttle service, we found out halfway through that they can accomdate most locations if not fully booked out and they go to more places then the list has.

The hotel service is great and their stuff is super nice and helpful. However there is a little inconvenient to go kuta even they provide shutter for us as they always traffic jam. If you really decide to stay in this hotel, better get their breakfast package. Otherwise nearby got nowhere to buy food.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Uluwatu is very beautiful.
