Three pools, great breakfast, kids' club and kids' pool, occasional entertainment, spacious room, clean, free internet.

We ended up upgrading to a 2 bedroom suite which was excellent for our family with 2 children 6 and 9. Their room was cosy and they really liked it. There is a table for eating and a large fridge, which was really helpful. We had jetlag so the extra space allowed some people to sleep while others awake. The kids club allows parents to have some time off. Room service is good value and tasty.
Only criticism would be that the hotel needs some maintenance in places (peeling paint, some water damage). It is a newer hotel, but looks a bit weathered in places (wondering if contractors didn't buy them good materials).

Central location (to Kuta), good for families.

Suitable for families with young children as its pretty self-contained with facilities and amenities for children and 3 swimming pools. In-room facilities however, are a little lacking. Took a 2 bed-room apartment with kitchenette, but the kitchenette was poorly equipped and only provided 4 drinking mugs.
The restaurant was a surprise, serving decent local cuisine. The Oxtail soup and grilled chicken was well executed.
As a family of 4, its truly a pity that so few hotels in Bali suitably cater for families with young children. With 2 young kids, it was tough finding nice places that could at least assure you adjoining bedrooms.

This hotel got a very good location, it's just a stroll from the beach. Easy access to everywhere. Easy to find food as well. Hotel staff also very friendly.

It's in town, easy to get shopping mart and food. People are nice and friendly, helpful. Shuttle bus can send you to airport or beach or shopping complex. Very convenient. Hotel is new and clean. Price is reasonable.

we booked this place with such a cheap price from agoda.
we didnt expect highly before we reach the hotel,
however, the service and environment of this hotel is far more better than our expection!
we love there and may stay again in the future when we visit bali again.
there is only one bad thing for harris : the drainage system both in bathroom and toilet.
