overall stay experience was great... location is quite convenient too with jus 5-10min taxi service to kuta shopping area. the hotel is good for family with young children. only setback was there were some mosquitos in our room since hotel is near to lake. however, staffs had been spraying insecticide after hearing our feedback on 1st day.

I like the hotel and the warm welcome from the hotel staff, especially the welcome drink (too bad they don't have goodbye drink lol), and also the special arrangement for my honeymoon cake for free... so sweet..
The hotel very clean and quite, is a nice place to rest and enjoying...

Cozy hotel with friendly staff

We were received by the Harris Staff at the airport and then transfer us to the hotel. On the way, the driver gave us a lot of information including good place to shop and have seafood.
My girl was well entertained by the both male female staff.
Most of all, they gave me a suprise birthday cake. Its an unforgetable birthday celebration with Harris.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
One day to Kintamini and Tanah lot is good. Good lunch as we oversee the Volcano. Sunset Dinner after viewing the Temple on the rock.

we're stay for 2 night in harris one bedroom. the room was great very spacious, very clean, complete tv channel, big sofa bed, my kids really love it. we stayed at the ground floor right in the front of the pool, make it easier for the kids to get in to the pool. but we having trouble with the ac on the second night, it was broken around 1-2am. my husband call the tehnician,they came immediately but at first they suggest us to move to another room at "3 am??" (means we have to wake up our childs in the middle of the night??) my husband refuse it and ask them to repair the ac immediately, and thanks to them it done about 30 minutes. alll the staff was quite friendly, especially the concierge, the restaurant and the pool staff (they really friendly), i really wish the receptionist staff can be as friendly as them. no warm greeting or someone to assist us to our room. bali people was famous to unfriendly to local tourist, i really hope harris residence will not be judge on of them, it just need a little bit upgrading service to make it perfect. after all the experience was great! and i really recomendded it!
