Good Service with a Smile

Stayed for 2 nights during recent business trip.
Booked Harris room but was given free upgrade to One Bedroom Apartment. Room is clean and spacious. Aromatherapy in room was a great plus.
Hotel is located just outside busy Kuta area. Nice and quiet enviroment.
Friendly, helpful and always smiling service staff.

Nice simple hotel
large simple room, not in he traffic congested area of Kuta

The 1 bedroom apartment is quite spacious with living room & dining table/bar. I use it as a basecamp to meet with my friends who were staying at another hotal. The room is clean and simple.
The location is quite strategic if you got transport, because you can escape Kuta area without got caught in traffic. But if you have no transport and planning to just walk aroung Kuta area, this might not be the best location.

Nice place to stay for 1 - 2 nights. The room is also good and clean. Staff are very friendly and very responsive when there is a problem. But i think the food is not good enough.

First impression was the cheerful and lively atmosphere. Staff were young, energetic and friendly. The hotel was well laid and breezy with cosy facilities. The one room residence was spacious with a large living area and open wardrobe and kitchen. Initially given a ground floor, but staff was very helpful to change it to a a higher floor with pool view.
As we were there for a retreat,the meeting room was suitable and comfortable, with nice refreshment served. The shuttle service is three times a day, but maybe easier just taking a short walk, 15 mins, to Kuta beach nearby. Just a few doors away on the main road is one of Bali's famous Chinese restaurant and some small shops that serve local Indonesian foos.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are some shops nearby selling T shirts and souvenirs at much lower price than those nearer towards Kuta beach.

we had been to bali for our 1st year marriage anniversary. must definitely say that more than anything the hotel we stayed in made it more memorable for us.
harris hotel and riverview - we landed there with an expectation of just another 3 star hotel but to our amazement we were surprised by the warmth this place and the staff gave us.
we had requested for a pick up from the airport. but least did we expect it to be a surprise in lieu of our anniversary!! it was a classic volkswagen van decorated with orange flowers and balloons! and we had our 1st special drink from them as soon as we boarded the van in airport itself on our way to the hotel. we felt so special!!
as soon as we arrived at the place we were greeted with all smiles! and again a special surprise. though we had booked for a standard room, we received a special upgrade to a single bedroom attached room and the room was just spectacular. they gave us another welcome drink as we stepped into the hotel.
the staffs here are extraordinary, extremely friendly and helpful. we have never received this kind of reception from any other hotel so far. we spoke to some of the staff and they were so happy working there, which gets reflected on customer service.
on our anniversary they left us a surprise bouquet and a sweet card signed by the staff ! and a special harris cake !! they just made our day and our trip!
it felt so nice and special to be congratulated every now and then by each and every staff member for our wedding anniversary. they just made it a beautiful occasion.
we had our room in the 1st floor with a balcony attached opening into the pool view. they also gave people option of clothes dryer to hang our cloths in the balcony.
we just loved the pool in here. the breakfast served was very good with a spread of options to choose from. they also had lot of internal activities for guests in the hotel, like sports, kdis activities, fish feeding etc.
they are just “simple, unique, friendly”
Hotel Feature Tip:
The river is pretty dirty; avoid rooms facing the river. Although they tried to grow lot of plants to keep that region tidy.

First impression - the hotel looks nice and comfy.
We were greeted with friendly staff upon check in. Good service in handling our baggage to the room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was not much view from the hotel, just the villages. In all, the hotel is comfortable, just that it is quite far from the shopping, food and the beach.
