very friendly staff with smile when checking in. welcome drink are served upon our arrival.we have 2 couples and we all are very satisfied with the room and stay happily for 2 nights as it is really very spacious.what surprise me the most is that they have 4 swimming pools. everything is so fine with the hotel including breakfast and all facilities. although it is not near to kuta beach but taking cab shouldn't be a problem for us. i will definitely stay again when there is a chance.

4 of us very satisfied with the room, very clean & the staffs are so friendly & helpful. my bathroom water heater got some problem, i raised it to the staff & immediately they send a technician to solve the problem.
lot of variety for the breakfast, having my breakfast beside the pool really so relaxing
highly recommended.

The room itself was very spacious and had a large fridge with freezer which was useful to store the bottled water. Wi-Fi signal was sufficient for web browsing. Rooms were cleaned very well.n Many reviewers have complained about the distance from central Kuta, I found it was at most a 15 - 20 minute to walk to kuta.Staff are super friendly and nice,ask them that my fiancee birthday is today and they came to the room with a suprise birthday cake and the most sweetest of all there were 7-8 staff with musical instrutment and they sing.It was superrr sweet of them.=]

the staffs all welcomed us with friendly smile and welcome drinks are served upon arrival.
after check in, the lobby boy will give a simple instruction regarding settings in the room.
the room is spacious and clean, with colourful decor.
other activities can be carried even u didn't step out of hotel such as swimming, surfing internet and others.
the cons are is a little bit far from the beach

Great services and friendly greetings everywhere.
Helpful counter staff, amazing rooms, timely service & close to Kuta square!!

Like I have stated, they provide good service with a smile..Willing to make the extra mile just to make your stay comfortable and the best thing is that it is a mere 10~15 min walk tom Kuta squre!! Overall for USD/night, i think it is extremely worth it.

We had a very good welcome upon reaching the hotel. They are well trained to speak english. The family room is nice. Having 4 swimming pool in that hotel is amazing! love it! Will recommend to my friends if they are coming down to Bali!

The staff there is very friendly and their service is quite good! I like that place!

The moment you arrive, you will feel like you just arrive home. The receiption staff help you carry your baggage and the receiption lady help you check your booking with a sweet smile. And another receiption lady serve you with a fresh juice. That's a really cool and memorable experience. You feel that you are really welcomed by Bali People!
Restaurant Tip:
You'd better not buy the seafood near the kuta beach. Go more to the town area for the food. We had our dinner near the Kuta beach, the seafood is very expensive but not fresh. Our friends went to a resturant in the downtown area instead of the beach. Their food has a reasonable price and very yammy!

we stayed here for two weeks over easter. we have a young 15 month old daughter and it was a great place for her. the staff were all young, enthusiastic and friendly and took an instant liking to her, kept her entertained during breakfast while we were eating. she was able to feed the fish, swim in the kiddies pool and loved meeting the dino that came to breakfast every morning. the kids club was good, lots of available toys to play with. there are variety of activities/events throughout the week - bbq night, music night etc so enough to be kept entertained throughout the week.
it was a 10 minute taxi ride to kuta beach that cost about to get there.
