we stayed here for two weeks over easter. we have a young 15 month old daughter and it was a great place for her. the staff were all young, enthusiastic and friendly and took an instant liking to her, kept her entertained during breakfast while we were eating. she was able to feed the fish, swim in the kiddies pool and loved meeting the dino that came to breakfast every morning. the kids club was good, lots of available toys to play with. there are variety of activities/events throughout the week - bbq night, music night etc so enough to be kept entertained throughout the week.
it was a 10 minute taxi ride to kuta beach that cost about to get there.

The room feels at home, good location, room is very wide with 1 bed-room and kitchen. It's take about 10 minute to the beach. You have to take taxi to the beach and shopping center and it is only about 1 USD for taxi.
Restaurant Tip:
Eating at restaurant in discovery center is unforgottable experience

i went with friends from u.s to bali and chose harris riverview hotel because of the location and decent price. the staffs are nice and friendly. inside the villa, we have 2 rooms and it can fit 4 people (1 king size bed and 2 single size beds).

Having enjoyed time travelling and operating hotels the Harris rates as six star .The staff and management were extremely proffessional and warming . A big thank you to a special person in housekeeping for her attention to detail and organisational skills .

I've returned to this hotel on many occassions. Whilst it isn't in Kuta it is very close to our needs and definitely not touristry. Great security at the entrance, and now has a gym.
I will return.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There are four or five pools so if you want to people watch, go the main pool, otherwise there are very quiet pools in the surrounding gardens.

I am so disappointed wif the view. The water from the toilet n basin is oily. I guess it's not filter properly. The service was slow n insufficient.The bed was not comfortable. The aircon is very stuffy n the technician n the manager were so insufficient. The floor was not properly mop.
