First time staying in Bali, initially booked only 2 night stay but extended another 2 more nights. Good size for 1 bedroom suite, kids commented the staff are very friendly and greet us with a smile, much better than the 5 stars hotel we stay later.
great Service. However restaurant, beach are not within reach , need to travel out by taxi.

Great freindly staff and rooms are ok

I recently stayed at this hotel , I thought the room was ok and the staff extremely friendly but most in bali are. i accidently booked the wrong Harris hotel and wanted to swap to anothe but couldnt because they are owned by different owers but have the same name . I stayed there the only thing i thought maybe a little dodgy was the Riverview , the Kuta river was flowing at time but altough it didnt smell there was alot of rubbish flowing past the view i had from my balcony and the hot water was not real hot

It's really a nice hotel with great services provided. The price is reasonable and it's really worth! The hotel location is just nice which within 15 minutes walk to Kuta Beach and Legian street.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's has the best price with great location.

Recommended for traveller 'just for sleep place'. It has clean towel and the breakfast didn't give much variety food but still give one or two traditional cake. The available spur is fewer than the customer attended so you should be wait to get clean spur. The location is far away from the beach that you couldn't reach it by walking. If you have personal vehicle and sight seeing traveller, it is the great hotel to stay.

the location could have been better, the hotel is possible a 3 star maybe a 3.5 star but not a 4 star. the service was fantastic with every member of the staff beeing outstanding and very friendly. they could not do enough for you.
Shopping Tip:
go and buy a very good coppywatch at bagus in the centre of kuta .they have 3 shops there. do not buy anywhere else.

Clean rooms but very bad location from services.

clean hotel with essentials provided (towels, toothbrush etc) but the location was not walkable to jalan legian or anything convenient.
stayed in 2 br, which was spacious and good air con. however, the fridge fell on me whilst opening door as not correctly placed on ledge. handheld showers with high water pressure.
we had to catch a taxi to go to eat etc but then the area was also prone to high traffic jams with taxis charging more for being stuck in traffic. would recommend if you want somewhere cheap and intend to relax in hotel only. otherwise, stay closer to the main strip.
