Good hotel except for the damp in som of the rooms

Hotel is located in the more tranquil Tuban, 10 minutes on foot from Kuta's centre. We stayed there the first 2 nights and the last night from our stay in Bali.
The first stay, we were put in a room which had so much damp in it that the smell was really unbearable and I am not even sure it would be entirely healthy to do so. After I complained, I was immediately moved to a room with no damp at all. Our second stay, we were put in a room which had also a little bit of that smell of humidity but was more or less acceptable so I didn't complain about it.
The rooms are rather small but well equiped and clean. Beds are marvelous, a good night rest guaranteed.
The hotel has a nice pool area which gets really crowded (which prevented me from hanging around there).
Staff is friendly and helpful except for the bell boys. Some of them were really unhelpful. Our last night, I had to ask 4 times to one of them to get some help to put all my bags in the car. At the end, I did it myself.

Lovely and safe hotel with passionate staffs
Nice pools, relatively cheap restaurants and great facilities.

My wife and I were having in Kuta and decided to stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was great with nice pool and private beach. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel also comes with armed security staffs and security protocols are in placed.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Departure Lounge is available for people taking late flight. This lounge comes with large sofas to rest/sleep on, a big screen TV, toilets, and showers! Something value add for the guests.

this is my second visit to this hotel.....rooms are great,breakfast is great,near the airport,staff are switched on,very helpfull...near Discovery Plaza,and just far enough away from the Kuta nightlife to be comfortable..
i will stay at this hotel again as the location is perfect

Nice hotel with excellent service

We were greeted with smile from the staff the first time we arrived at the hotel. Check in was swift and we get into our room in no time. Deluxe room is quiet sizeble for the three of us (with infant). Room is modern and have a clean feeling to it. It was worth the money we spent.
