Chan L. Couples Hong Kong, December 25, 2012	Toilet problem Toilet problem 5.3 The hotel staff promised to report my room's toilet mess problem to hotel owner. We requested hotel to refund one day room booking fee to my account. Attached 3 pictures of the toilet mess, one for toilet flush with toilet pump, one for messy floor, one for messy towel. The problem occurred on Dec 23, 2012 at 11 pm, the toilet tank has no water and not flushed. We reported the problem to front desk, the manager got someone to try repair it. With 3 attempts at 12 am, hotel still not able to fix it. In addition, the floor was dirty. I asked the hotel man to clean it, they said "OK" but not return to clean up. We had to walk out the front desk twice to request for clean up and towels. We stayed up till 1 am to clean up the mess that night and not able to rest well the next day. We were not able to use the toilet for the whole evening. The next day on Dec 24, 2012, we reported the problem to front desk again. But we had to take off so we left the room open for the hotel management to fix the problem. Also, one of the hotel guests had to stay at the hotel till 3 pm the next day to make sure it is safe to leave the room to hotel management. Throughout, we had to use the toilet in the front office which caused a lot of inconvenience.

June K. Solo travelers Australia, October 22, 2012	Wonderful! Staff at Villarossa was wonderful and very helpful 9 Room and staff are so wonderful and I could've stayed there my entire holiday there instead going to Ubud and Seminyak. I am already thinking of when I can go back to villarossa.
