Very nice hotel with well maintained garden

This is a very nice hotel with good and well maintained garden. Pool and spa set in garden area and very relaxing.Restaurant next to pool is niceley laied out. Cleanliness of room and outdoor bathroom is exellent. Very friendly and helpfull staff in all areas. TV reception in room is very poor.Overall a very pleasant stay in a nice hotel.

Good Budget Hotel

my recent stay at the ida hotel in kuta was a pleasant one! my room was very clean. sheets and towells were a nice white which is nice considering the hotel is of a budget price. breakfast was good and was included in the nightly rate. all staff were very friendly, as a female sole traveller, i felt safe there. massages on the premises were very good and also very reasonably priced. i would definitely stay at the ida again if i wanted to be close to kuta square for shopping.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Good location to Kuta Square shops and nice walk to beach.

ida hotel locates at the heart of kuta, very convenient for shopping and dinning nearby, on our arrival day they upgrade our room to a "deluxe room" (although i don't know why...), the deluxe room is spacious and cozy, but the bed sheet is not clean and pillows are too soft to me.
unfortunately, their breakfirst is lousy, not many choices of dishes, the milk is not fresh, suprizingly they have a lovely swimming pool just beside the restaurant.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Remember to ask the hair dryer from the reception.

Great Location, cosy atmosphere

A great stay with good food & v ery courteous staff
We were touched by the geture of the restaurant staff who prepared out breakfast. We had to leave at 6.30 to board the 8.30 flight back- we have travelled to many places but this is hospitality we never expected.
Great value adds.

Great walks to the Kuta beaach, The Ground zero spot & shopping spots

Good hotel for a small budget

We had two different rooms- one was new renovated and very nice... The other one wasnt renovated. but still acceptable!!

lovely balinese style hotel and nice location!!

this is our second time staying this hotel. we like the location very close to the shopping area and just behind of department store that just make our travel very convenient.
and we also like the balinese style room with the outside toilet and bathtub. we would stay at this hotel again for our next trip!! thanks ida hotel!!

Unfriendly staff and bad breakfast

first of all, I choose this hotel because I see they have a good points and people write a positive review. In fact I'm not really enjoy my staying experience in this hotel. Despite the strategies location, clean room etc, the staff really unfriendly and unwelcome especially staff in receptionist and restaurant. since the beginning I come to the hotel and said I want to check in, they gave me a really annoying look. The even didn't smile or give a friendly gesture. The food for breakfast is unappetizing. I came for breakfast 08.30 but the water, juice, and milk is almost empty and they didn't refill it. It's also happen to their food like fried rice and fruits. It's surprising me because I pay for my breakfast.

The Ida Hotel is good value for the money, they have done a bit of revamping in the bathrooms, it is one of the older style hotels, but is maintained very well, the staff were friendly but don't expect to much for breakfast, choice is limited.
