Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great hotel in the heart of Kuta and yet secluded
8
This is the second time that i have stayed in Ida. I love this place as it is smacked in the heart of Kuta and yet secluded and tucked away in a quiet corner. Very conveniene with good accessibilty to the beach and Legian. Amenities are at close proximility.
I have plans to come back in August when the weather is much cooler.

An isolated hotel in a bustling location
quiet place, freindly staff
6.7
I stayed in the villa at the back of the compound. Spacous with outdoor bath. But security and privacy is lacking. Main door can still be opened slightly even though it is locked by a pad lock over the ring handles. Outdoor bath is exposed to the roof of adjacent shopping centre and you cannot be sure if there is any peeking tom. I think the villas and the guestrooms type near the pool may be safer.

Ida Hotel Christmas
Hotel close to shops, bars and resturants, good food at hotel and great massages beside the pool

The staff are friendly and the hotel is situated down a quiet laneway. No safe in room but they have security boxes at the reception desk which can be accessed at anytime of the day or night. The rooms are cleaned daily and clean towels supplied.

nice location, but small rooms and overprice
best location in kuta bali, nice room with terrace
3.7
Room Feature
actually Ida Hotel is nice place, good rooms with nice terrace but it comes with too much price with its condition such as staff often not smiling (only 1 person who smile), tv is too small (only 13"), and no satellite tv on room.
the bed is uncomfortable.
Public feature
public hotel toilet is not clean and it's the only one toilet
available in hotel.
BreakFast
breakfast food is already cold, and i can only request one egg.
i think with that price, i supposed to have more request for eggs. (i usually i took 3-4 eggs on breakfast).
Streets
weather was rainy when i was in bali, and hotel's passage from room to hotel's entrance is muddy.
Overall
paid too much for this hotel. i hope ida hotel can improve their quality esp the TV and breakfast and reduce it's price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
sunset in Kuta, flapjack cafe, and many nice restaurant in kuta.

make sure you book the new superior room

Nice resort very close the action and the beach. The day prior to the booking we had a look into the rooms. We asked the staff to show us a superior room with a twin bed.

Lovely location but rooms were just ok
nice pool, breakfast was included in our hotel room, friendly staff
7.3
The hotel is cute and in a central location near the bars in Kuta- although it was hard to find the hotel- had to ask for directions a few times.

I only stayed only for 1 night. The location is quite ok since it is located just behind Kuta Square with shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Overall, the hotel is quite clean, staffs are friendly & I have no complaint about the hotel except for the rate that is a bit too expensive for this kind of hotel.
