The Indi Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Many rooms face the traditional Balanese courtyard/ garden that is a touch of the coutryside in the city. The friendly staff do their best to help, but speak very little English. Also the kitchen didn't seem to be open during my stay. We had to hooky for breakfast which is surprising as this, in Indonesia, is generally included in the room.
However, I would book a room at the Indi Hotel again, if I could get a garden facing room.

The hotel was a bit of side of sanur area. Having a lot of local supermarket and local food to choose for. The fun start with a beautiful swimming pool....

Lovely air conditioned clean room with hot water however building works next door so awakened at 6am
Moved to quieter fan bungalow away from noise for extra night however dirty sheets, noisy fan and cockroaches - my advice stick with newly reburbished air conditioned rooms. Breakfast very basic toast and jam tea and coffee.
