The hotel is situated right on the beach, close to the busy beach road Old hotel that def. needs renovation, staff is for balinese standard not highly friendly The hotel is ok when you look for a beach place close to the busy Kuta life. The pool area is decent, breakfast - again - ok, but nothing more than that. The rooms are a little bit dirty and need urgent renovation! Big stains at the walls, the staircase appears not to be cleaned every. For the price you pay you get somewhere else more.
Hotel Feature Tip : Don't eat in the hotel! go to Warrung Made 10 min from the hotel. Have a sunset beer right on the beach in front of the hotel! We paid 15.000 Rp for one beer.

the hotel was quite large and we were in a delux room which was close to the beach but all the way at the back. very hard to find at night!
we also had a problem with our aircon leaking on the last day and they did not supply a hairdryer! The hotel was relatively new and in a great location if you want to stay in Kuta. However as it was new year and close to the beach it was quite noisy at night, this may have been because we were right at the back of the hotel.
The breakfast was good and the staff friendly with the pool also being a great feature. It was a good value for money hotel, especially for families.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very close to poppies 1 and 2 with some great shopping and restaurants

place, accommodation, service The location is perfect, kuta beach is right in front of the hotel, crocs, oakley, polo and other stores and restaurants are just walking distance from the hotel. However, nothing is extraordinary about the hotel, the room is quite old, the pillows are hard, aircon is not cold enough, breakfast is not delicious, and worse of all the service is bad! We went to the restaurant to eat our breakfast early in the morning and when we came back, housekeeping already went inside our room to clean even if we didn't advise them to do so! we didn't even hang "please clean up room" in our doors! when we confronted them they said its standard to do housekeeping every morning even if they were not told to do so! Its very disappointing because they didn't even give us the chance to keep all our important belongings before they entered our room.
