right on nice beach
large property
good price
staff not so friendly
I think they've been employed since the day the hotel was built because they seem very tired o work there
dated hotel - very old atmosphere
felt like i had been taken back to the 80s on a 4star holiday but in all honesty many newly built 2 or 3 star villas and hotels are probably nicer than here
was a nice location though and still had a pleasant stay here

Great staff and right on the beach. We had the garden chalet which was very secluded.
Hotel could do with a refit but then could a lot of Bali, this can be seen as part of the charm. Hire bikes are a bit dodgy.
Cost us 80,000 RP to get from Denpasar to the Hotel and this is a fixed price so no haggling. People are great and always have a smile. They don't earn a great deal for their basic wage so a tip is important. Lots of things to do in the area and if you want to leave to a more Bali like area then you can hire a driver and car for AU$80 per day. Recommend balibike.com for a great day out.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : balibike.com has a great day out for a downhill bike ride from the top of the Batu crater.

Private beach, nice swimming pool, good location, all the staff are nice and friendly and willing to help
- hotel area are too big and much too dark, there is not enough lighting in the hotel corridor (my child are afraid going out after 7 pm)
- the room are old..and it has bugs in it!
We stay there 1 night only in a superior room, but when we are going to sleep, my wife suddenly got itchy and saw a bugs coming out from the bed..we call the house keeping and they came with a spray..but bugs coming out much more..so they give us new room (upgraded to the junior suite). The new room is free from bug.
The hotels (and the rooms) looks old and dark and need more lighting. Other than that, its okey

Prime location situated in the better part of Nusa Dua, Bali. Beach front.
The arkitecture in Balineese style is facinating, however the hotel is very poorely maintained, the room inclusive bathroom was in critically poor condition. Due to the above impression we only awailed of the breakfast included in the room, the quality of the breakfast was significantly below standard compared to the room rates.
Inna Putri Hotel, Nusa Dua, Bali is situated in a prime location on the beach front in one of the best known areas of Bali between a row of 5 star high class hotels. The price quoted to us indicated that the hotel should be of an acceptable standard, and given its location we were happy to pay the price. We are familiar with the area from previous visits to Nusa Dua.
At first sight the hotel appears charming and exciting with its Balineese arkitecture, however the first doubts set in when the staff at the check in counter appeared anything but professional. The information we could obtain were very sketcy and less than comforting. Our first, less than favorable impression was amplified when we reached the room assigned to us. The room was gennerally run down and poorly maintained, the appholster on chairs dirty to the extend that we did not want to use them. The wash hand bassin was clocked, and the bathroom tiles and walls badly needed attention. The pillows in both beds smelled and we had to request housekeeping to change them for clean pillows, this turned out to be possible. At this point we inquired at the reception if this was the best standard room awailable, we were told that this was one of the better rooms. The breakfast included in the room rate turned out to be at par with the condition of the room, the quality did not at all match the rating of the hotel nor the cost of the room.
The staff informed that the hotel was about 20 years old, it appeared that very little had been spend to maintain the facility during the 20+ years of operation. We agreed that it was a pitty that such beautiful arkitecture and at such prime location was being neglected this extend.
Travel tip : The Nusa Dua area in Bali has a wast variaty of activities of all kinds to offer.

Easy access to the beach.
Friendly staffs and good service.
Beatuiful hotel environment.
Cleaness of room and especially towels.
The hotel is a bit too old, which needs to be fixed.
We booked the hotel for 6 nights in a delux room at almost the last minute and we were happy to stay in a room with a clear sea view as promised. The beach is right in front of the hotel. And if you like shopping, bali collection is only 5 mins walking way from Inna.
The rooms are a bit old, so is the hotel itself. However, its authentic balinese stlye is sth to offset its condition.
Staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They respond to problems and fix them quite fast.
The breakfast is not as bad as some people said, or it might be improved. The buffet has both western and balinese food. We were quite satisfied with the food there.
People who are concerned a lot about the the hotel condition and cleaness will be better off to choose some modern hotels in Nusa Dua. We had experienced a bug in the bathroom, which freaked my daughter out.
Anyway, we enjoyed the staying in Inna Putri and the fantastic service. It is an economic choice if you look for quanlity service and good location.

Inna putri Hotel had lovely rooms, and very prompt room service. The rooms were cleaned to perfection everyday, and all the staff were extremely friendly and polite. Being situated infront of the beach, it was relaxing to walk a little way to view the beach and also take a swim in the swimming pool on the beach front. There are shops at the hotel which made it convenient to purchase small items such as cigarettes. From the hotel, its only a small walk to the Bali collection shopping and eating area as well.
I found the internet overpriced (especially since I am used to using local wartels), and the room service food and laundry was also over priced, as well as the massage. I also reccommend the tax of 21% and the room service fee is included in the total menu price.
Overall, Inna Putri is a lovely relaxing and friendly place to stay with excellent customer service. The room service provides a very prompt service, and the food is tasty. It is a short distance to walk to the beach front where the hotel is situated, and where there is a lovely swimming pool with a bar in it. As I had to check out at 1pm, but my flight was at night, the staff were happy to take care of my bags at no extra cost until I was due to take a taxi to the airport. I found all staff very friendly and they always smiled as typical Indonesian people do. Inna putri is a great place to stay if you want to relax and escape the busy area's in Bali. It is away from traditional balinese area's, so if thats your thing, you can always take a tour out of Nusa Dua area, but come back to a place of tranqulity at Inna Putri after your busy day.
Shopping Tip : Nusa Dua is one of the most expensive shopping area's in Bali, and they pay high fee's to contract their shops, so bargaining is also difficult there. When shopping, travel to area's outside of Nusa Dua such as Kuta and denpasar where you can get fair prices and bargain more.

The point positive is the hotel was close to the Bali convention centre where ICAAP conference was held.
Needs to imptove presentation of food, help extended to clients, room presetnation, bathrooms etc.
Inna putri hotel is in nusa duwa popular tourist destination. This has minimum facilities what a person would expect during the stay. Food is OK. can improve a lot to reach customers satisfaction.

Nice and quiet beach. Safe area.
Bugs and ants in Cottages. Hotel is old and not worth of 3 stars.. Nusa Dua area full of very rich tourists, so if you stay there you will not see "the real Bali". Take a taxi or driver and travel around!

Very competitive prices compared to any other hotel in Nusa Dua. Great location 5 min walk from beach between Hyatt and Ayodya (Hilton) Hotels.
Poor maintenance. Generally friendly staff with the exception of a few. Very basic breakfast included.
We opted for this hotel as a budget option away from Kuta and the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was simple, good if like fruit, toast, eggs, but the international options looked a little below average. The hotel is actually a government owned hotel I believe, therefore maintainance spend must be minimal. The staff were generally friendly. On one instance, when checking out I asked for my luggage to be safely stored until our departure. I later found that for a good 4 hours our bags including passport and laptop were sitting next to the taxi service desk. They were chained up, however still not safe and not stored in a luggage room as agreed on. When I brought this to their attention they were frustrated and reluctant to help, assuring us that our luggage was being watched at all times. Unacceptable. Rooms were average. Food is also average based on price. TV and fridge very old but working. Bathrooms clean. Overall a good stay if all you need is a room with a 5 min walk to the beach and nice pool at a great cost in a fantastic location, then this is for you.
Travel tip : I would suggest eating just outside the complex or at Bali Collection. I would also reccomend hiring a motorbike for transport (if you're game) as it saves a lot on taxis/drivers. Also bear in mind that many of the restaurants at the gate of Nusa Dua include return transport for free if you eat there.

Very nice facility, clean, pleasant staff, well located
noisey breakfast offering sub par
I found the hotel to be well situated, with easy access to other areas and shopping. It was a nice facility and the staff was pleasant and courteous. The room was clean and well kept and it was especially nice that I was upgraded to a cottage which would have cost me about four times as much as I paid, because the hotel was full. Obviously this was a huge factor on the plus side of my stay. The down side was that the property was noisey, lots of noises and music coming from all directions and we were disappointed in the breakfast spread. We found the breakfast options to be sub par and were not happy with the options or presentation that were offered.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Easy access to most area attractions

Friendly staff. Close to where we go paragliding. Quiet, safe area. Few mosquitoes.
Run-down rooms. A lot of rubbish on beach. No shuttle service to Kuta.
We stayed for five nights. The first night we were put in to a twin room that overlooked the hotel maintainance area. When we complained, we were put in to a garden view room, with a king size bed the next day. However, the room smelled of mold & there was mold on the ceiling & curtains. Because the hotel was full we couldn't change rooms again, but fortunately because there are so few mosquitoes at the Inna Putri, we could leave our balcony door open during the day to let the fresh air in. It was distressing to see the fish tank in the recreation area so dirty that there were dead fish in it, but when I mentioned this to the staff, all they did was remove the dead fish. The biggest disappointment however, was the amount of rubbish on the beach & in the water. I suggested to the management, that in this day & age that the rubbish on the beach didn't project a very good image for the hotel, but all they said was that the'd look into it, & the beach was never cleaned. For this reason alone I wouldn't stay at the Inna Putri Hotel again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Check out the blow hole on the rocky spit behind the WTO Memorial Garden, which is an extension of the gardens next to the Grand Hyatt Bali. Also, great burgers are to be had at the Black Ruble in Bali Collection.

Good placement, calm water beach.
Old building that needs renovation. Especially questions to the bathroom fittings.
We spend our holiday with my wife in April 2009. That was our first time on Bali and we're impressed with arcitecture, people, and culture of this place. The first impression is fully applicable to the hotel and staff, whis is built in a traditional Balineese style and is servised by always friendly and helpfull staff. However the current condition of the hotel, which is quite old and definetely needs renovation deserves only 3+*. Main problems arrise when you come to bathroom and try to take a shower or flush the water in a toilet. The fittings not always handy(some times even stay in you hand) and seem to get broken in a minute. However, if you call staff, they'll fix it quite fast. (Still no guaranty that you'll not have to call them the day after). If you are ready to tolerate some discomfort for quite attractive discount in room rate (The prices in the neighbour hotels are 3-4 times higher)and more critical to placement and other attributes: food, beach, infrastructure - the choice is obvious. The majority of tourists staying in the hotel are Russians and Chinees.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The best way to get sightseeng tour is to book a car with a driver. The full day cost is 40$. Most of driver have enough English language skills to tell you about the sites you visit. If you need deep details and you're ready to pay 2 times more you can go to agency.

the designed: etnic, it is truly Bali
The location of hotel in the resort, design of hotel(etnic Bali) and the beach is really tremendous. When I wake up in the morning, I just took a walk go to beach, played waves, sunbathe or jumped to swimming pool. The view on the beach is ausome. The contrary is, the phisics of hotel is bad. It is like an old hotel because there is no maintenance. The hotel needs repairments to make it convenients. Even, the lift is not working in the center area. We should go long to get the lift. Also, the service are bad. There is no peole to welcome us when we arrived. We should bring our luggage our selves when we out of car and checked in to front office.
Travel tip : The hotel needs repairments
