Beachfront, cheap, spacious room
poor breakfast, dirty curtains, toilet need improvement
We stayed there for 5 nights. Good location, spacious room, cheap price. Breakfast, toilet and room cleanliness need to be improved. Mosquito bit me at night, I showed them my swallon hand and leg to reception and asked to spray the room while we were out. But it was not done until we checked out. Apart from that, it was a memorable holiday for us. Recommend to those who's looking for budget beach front hotel.
Travel tip : Please change money ONLY at authorized money changer with receipt. Small money changer will cheat your money right in front of you. They have magician hand to cheat your money.

Rooms are past their prime!
Overall I would recommend this place if you are on a budget and being on the beach is key for you. It was a good value for being on the beach and in the center of things. The grounds were well cared for and However, the rooms were pretty bad (things broken, stained)--though not un-clean. The staff was great about getting us whatever we needed (electricity adapter borrowed, mosquito repellent given, babysitting procured). Their restaurant on the beach had a great dancing performance and free wi-fi (and food wasn't bad). Hawkers drove us a bit batty, but Sanur was generally a good choice for our family with small children.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel runs a free shuttle to Hardy's (supermarket) if you want to stock up on drinks/water and snacks for your room. Though, the hotel's room service and mini-bar were actually not too expensive.

Very courteous, friendly staff
Very good value for money
Loved the room (Seaview balcony room)
The restaurant was lovely, on the beach and the food was of a good standard
Loved the locality as the hotel was very well situated, on the beach, near the beach restaurants, local markets, activities
Free shuttlebus to local supermarket
Handy to local convenience store, local bicycle hire and money changer
No Safety deposit box in the room however could easily deposit valuables at reception
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room however we took our own jug and teacups.
We loved our stay at the Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel. The staff we very courteous and friendly. We had a lovely room with a great view of the beach (However, not all rooms have this but they have lovely views of the gardens and pool)
The building and rooms are a bit worn, however we did not mind this as the value for money was very good. The rooms were very clean and the beds the most comfortable we have experienced in hotels anywhere. The pool was very clean, the water warm and it wasn't crowded. Pool and beach towels were always readily available. We loved the restaurant which was open and beside the boardwalk along the Sanur beachfront. We could see the beach and beach activities from our table. The restaurant was very good value for money, the steaks were tender, other food was also good and the restaurant staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. We thought the hotel was very well situated in Sanur being close to the beach restaurants and activities (more activities than further south or north along the Sanur coastline). The beach was very clean and sheltered, seemed safe for children. You could hire bicycles locally (in the street of the hotel). We intend to return as we were very pleased with our holiday.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Local bicycle hire was good. You can ride along the Sanur boardwalk both north and south direction.
We arranged a day trip to the Besakih temple and Klung Klung, for around $80 (Aus) which included the van driver hire, a guide at Besakih and admissions to both.
The free shuttle bus to the local supermarket left the hotel each hour.

The location of the hotels is it's strongest point. Great, on the beach amid all the restaurants.
Weakness is that it's a government company, that does not react quick enough to wishes of the guests.
My family comes here for years now. We like the place and it is slowly improving. The staff is nice, they play the gamelan together at night, they also together clean the grounds on friday morning as a "gotong royong" exercise. Watch out for wich room you book, some are a bit more noisy then others. The best ones are near the pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Just stroll alaong the walk-way along the beach, it beats anything in Bali

the hotel was loverly clean our room looked on to the pool, nice pool great location, on the beach. the staff were loverly.
the breakfast wasnt that good, it was ok but not much to choice from, tea and coffee was cold. but we asked for new hot coffee everytime,
the hotel was in a perfect place on the beach , but the lacals hassled you , when your eating breakfast which i didnt like, the hassling was bad as soon as you got there the lacals new you were new comers you did get hassled to buy things but they soon realised that you werent going to buy anything so they left you alone.lots of places to eat. bali town was nice but tht was really bad to be hassled. be prepared you have to go its gorgeous, the best beach, its a must, i would go back. xx
Shopping Tip : be prepared to get hassled, but the locals are loverly, just be tuff pay half of what there asking dont buy from the beach you get a better deal in the town

the hotel is a bit old.
the hotel didn't clean the beach, only the restaurant part.
the pool is too small and a bit dirty
After reading some unpleasant reviews we still decide to stay here beause of the location. it is on the first line of the beach and have a very nice restaurant where you can eat for good value.
The room was old fashioned but was clean.
the staff was great always trying to fulfill our needs.

Great location. Quiet and pleasant surrounding. Close to excellent cheap restaurants and shops (although cheaper to shop at Matahari. Great seafood dining at this hotel. Honest and polite staff. Bamboo bar is a great spot to meet and chat with other people who regularly visit on an annual basis.
It's about a 20 minute drive to Kuta if you enjoy the nightlife, but still some beaut bars in Sanur.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and enjoy staying here. Hotel is on the beach with many water activities available at reasonable prices. Close to shops and many excellent restaurants nearby. Quiet area not to far away to Kuta if your in that younger age to party. Ideal for kids with three pools and beach to enjoy.
Shopping Tip : I prefer to shop at Matahari shopping stores. Great deals and often cheaper than the local markets/shops. I find your best to visit here first and get an idea of the prices on items you want, before shopping at the markets/shops. I have found over the past 14 yrs visiting Bali, it's more than often cheaper to buy at these larger stores.

Location, right by the beach. Good breakfast. Nice staff.
A lot of ants around the pool.
We stayed for 3 nights. We stayed on 2nd floor and could see the garden and the sea from our balcony. Some room do not have this. Everything is well maintained but little bit old. The service and the breakfast was very good. There were a lot of ants around the pool but the pool was nice and clean.

lousy functioning ac, dirty bathroom, terrible breakfast, badly operating fridge. Sheets not changed daily.
Some 5 years ago I spent a few days in the same hotel and at the time the rooms were in a much better conditions. Revisiting this hotel was nothing less than a big deception. Everything has gone down quality wise while the price surged with no less than 50.50%. Sorry to say but this hotel is not worth the price at all!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sanur itself has improved especially on the beach side it has become livelier than 5 years ago.So sanur is worth a visit again.

- location (right on the beach)
- staff - friendly
- hotel grounds - well spaced out (bungalows recommended)
This was our 2nd visit to this hotel in Sanur and enjoyed our stay. Its convenient location caters for diverse interests which is useful if you are travelling in a group (shopping, spa, laze by the beach, restaurants, etc)
Restaurant Tip : the local food at the restaurants (seafood bbq, nasi padang) are a must-try!

location on the beach, near restaurants and shops Beautiful Quiet Pool
Hotel on the beach, near the center of Sanur and not too far from getting into the boat to Nusa Lembongan. This is an excellent hotel very comfortable, very nice, with a large swimming pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is at the beach, with many small restaurants, coffee shops and nearby
