Pool, beach and resort grouds immaculate!
Amazing breakfast with unlimted choices!
Room was somewhat tired and needs renovation. Observed rooms on the same wing being renovated, perhaps we were assigned older room. Gym equipment adequate but much of it outdated.
A wonderful resort with beautifully maintained grounds, lovely beach, and splendid pool area. Room (suite) was spacious, but in need of renovation. Small screen TVs from the nineties in desperate need of upgrade. Staff very attentive and helpful. I would return to resort for a future stay.
Nightlife Tip : Observe the sunset at the nearby Rock Bar perched high above the ocean at the Ayana Resort.

Location, beautiful settings, good security, not far from airport, plenty of space
Need a bigger range of cocktails on the menu
What a wonderful location. First trip to Bali and there was no better way for an introduction than staying at this hotel. Wonderful for our anniversary - not too many children - but also there was plenty of sun loungers and space between around the many pools and looking out over the ocean. Staff very friendly, food great, rooms comfortable and great security. Cannot wait for our next visit.

view, location, nice beach, nice breakfast, very big room
As usually Intecontinental Jimbaran is one of the best hotel in Bali, very good hotel for family with kids, all in one hotel. But the price is going up and up everytime. The service from the employee is very nice and helpful. As per your motto: we will return. The beach still clean and nice wave. Room is big and very conformtable. Very difficul to book directly in internet have through agent

good facilities
warm service
spacious areas
clean, large rooms
departure desk was not the friendliest
the stay at the hotel was very relaxing, the staff were friendly and discreet, the conceirge desk eas extremely helpful; no request seem to be to difficult and was always greeted with a friendly smile. the rooms were spacious and clean regular to a high standard. The pool areas were well attended by staff to assist with any request. The resturants were with varities of food. the Italian resturant provided excellent personal service by staff. One always felt that they were extra special. The grounds were beautifully maintained and were a joy to walk around. On the whole the resort was idyialic and we would certainly return for another visit.

Has wonderful garden, pools and the staff are very polite and friendly. Excellent service.
Not much except I think there needs to be an ironing facilty in the rooms. wish there was nicer TV set.
My family had a wonderful week in Bali Intercontinental. The rooms are spacious, had a big balcony. The gadens are beautiful and I loved the pool areas where there are little cabanas, and shaded areas. The beach is very clean and well maintained.
There are many activities for childres and also, baby sitting faciltities.
There are a couple of minor issues that need improvement. There was construction/renovation near our rooms and that could be a little noisy, but only during day time ( and only temporary). I wish there was an iron in the room and also the TV in our rooms was very small and old fashioned. We had two rooms and one room had more TV channels than the other.

Grounds immaculate. Good restaurant choices. Right on the beach.
Rooms tired and in need of refreshing. Plumbing problems. Room was not ready until 1730 for a 1400 check in.
The design of the hotel and the appearance of the property are superb. Unfortunately, our room was not ready for the advertised 1400 check-in. We had to wait until 1730 to check in; however, we were given a temporary room and free breakfast for the duration of our stay. The rooms are in need of refreshing. The furniture is old and worn. The plumbing fixtures are old and worn. The shower and sink drains were sluggish. The toilet did not flush effectively.

Exellent services, polite and helpful staff, near white sand beach, good spa and gym and not to miss a vibrant swimming pool.
As i usually get lot of international calls when i am out on a vacation the connectivity and the operator services are the worst.
Over all experience at the intercontinental hotel is very good, except phone services.Rest all is exceptional. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are very good.Breakfast is sumptuous. It had alot of variety.Staff is very courteous and helping,if get an oppurtunty to be in bali i will prefer to stay here again.

loved the pool area and the fact that our room was closeby, rather than having to walk a long way to the beach and water.Loved the room and its facilities. liked the pastries and fruits as part of our deal.
afternoon tea of scones was a bit ordinary and repetitive.could have more use of fresh fruits local to the region: no papaya was served during our stay, and served fresh juice rahter than the bottled version. _Pastries were always running out and sometines you would have to ask or wait for more to be brought. Butter was never put out and didn't go for the pineapple with the scones. Not sure that the hotel is really family friendly. were told that a family would have to hire 2 interconnecting rooms. For us, at full price, that would be too expenisve.Didn't seem to be a lot of(if any) water sports available
The Intercontinental Hotel in Bali is superbly located on the beach at Jimbaran Bay. It is a medium sized hotel in which you can feel comfortable and not part of the rat-race. The pool areas are excellent with a swim-up bar, restaurant, a covered area with lounges from which you can roll off into the water, and plenty of open -air lounges with beach umbrellas. Leading from this area is the beach where you can frolic in the clear salty water or even catch a wave depending on the season.
Food is served in a variety of restaurants and is of good quality. You can even walk along the beach to dine at other seafood restaurants while the sun sets colourfully on the distant horizon.
A singaraja room will enable you to have access to a variety or fruits, juices, tea and coffee and pastries from 8:00am which you can eat at the lounge or in the privacy of your own room.
Staff are very friendly without being intrusive!
I would like to see special deals for families who want the standards of this hotel, but with a more family-friendly price!
I also think that water sports such as sailboarding, sailing, snorkeling and fishing should be available to hotel guests. We did not find evidence of this service.
Hotel Feature Tip : enjoy the water, either in the pools or at the beach. Walk along the beach to one of the nearby hotels and enjoy a nice breakfast.

Large hotel but does not feel so large. Very nice Club rooms with large outside space, large Sony LCD with DVD and surround sound. In room espresso/coffee maker was great!
Has everything you would want. Larger rooms than other hotels in Bali costing much more. Best deal in Bali for the money. Not far from Kuta or the airport too. You can even see the planes land from the beach but can't hear them. Many places to eat and drink cheaper just to the left of the beach. Walking about 2km to the right will bring you to several Jimbaran Beach seafood restaurants right on the beach. Metered taxis are readily available on call from the transport desk if you can't do the walking. ATMs, restaurants, small shops and mini marts are also just across the street.

-VERY friendly staff
- well designed hotel cum resort
- great rooms
- comfortable beds
- great location next to a peaceful beach
- nice ambience overall
- hotel restaurants are overpriced - and food there is mediocre compared to outside!
- business facilities are not free- which would be a minimum you would expect after paying so much for a room here!
- Jimbaran is far from where the action is in Kuta/Seminyak but plenty of taxis to take you there - prices circa £10 return.
This is an excellent hotel. Upon arrival, everything was really catered for the customer - we were sat down in the lobby with relaxing musical tones (from Indonesian drums etc)with a cool drink and refreshing cold towel whilst our room keys etc were being organised. The staff were VERY friendly and receptive and spoke English (and other languages) to a very high standard. The room was very comfortable, the location abutting Jimbaran Bay excellent - and the beach views excellent! The gardens and hotel surroundings are meticulously looked after (and whilst not a 6* hotel like some others) - was still far better than expected. The spa was a bit o a let down in terms of the steam rooms not being as steamy and the jacuzzi not as strong as one would hope - but the standards were otherwise high. I would definietley come back to stay at this hotel.

beautiful tropical setting, spectacular gardens right down to the beach which is one of the nicest on Bali. Gracious service, big rooms. Great breakfast.
not many eating options outside of the restaurant - 15 mins to kuta, 30 mins to seminyak.
This was the first hotel I stayed at in Bali, nine years ago. I always look forward to going back. Beautiful tropical setting, spectacular gardens right down to the beach which is one of the nicest on Bali. Gracious service, big rooms. Great breakfast. Get a Singaraja room - near the pool, usually ocean views, afternoon tea (scones, cookies) and pre-dinner snacks (yummy popcorny crisps). On the downside, not many eating options outside of the restaurant - 15 mins to kuta, 30 mins to seminyak. Ko Japanese at the hotel is spectacular and of course there are the famous jimbaran fish warungs on the beach beside the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : don't miss Uluwatu temple but take a guide - monkey snapped my prescription sunnies in half and I had a tight grip on them, they weren't on my head. Also ripped the label out of the inside - yes, the inside, not actually visible - of a tee-shirt. The guides keep them away from you. Also prescription glasses are cheap in Bali - go to Optik Seis.

I can enjoy everything in the resort.
Fantastic food, relaxing spa, beatiful road & pool.
Jimbaran has nothing but hotel resort. I think if you really experience more bali, you should go to Ubud.
Intercontinental hotel is the best hotel. All staff are very kind and helpful. Rosort is very beautiful and convenience. I could have perfect holiday there. Especially warm stone spa was so good. in food's case, bella singaraza restaurant was great! Moreover there are several beautiful pools. you can enjoy also beach very near the resort. peaceful & fantastic hotel!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Visit another city as well!!

Great Pools and landscape
Right on the beach
Away from some of the good restaurants and bars.
Stayed here before and service has always been good. However this time was slightly disapointed after requesting a king size double bed and on arrival we were given two singles. Don't expect this from a five star hotel. We stayed in one of the Singaraja rooms which for two nights which is medium priced for this kind of hotel. Would stay here again but not without speaking to the actual booking desk first.
